PLEASE only post issues that you have experienced personally and have been confirmed with other posters. e.g. in the first impressions thread.
Items will be split between BUGS and ISSUES. BUGS are precise items that are easily re-producible. ISSUES are those things that might spoil the game, but are not technically a BUG. Typically these are more difficult to define and repeat.
There will also be an unconfirmed List This is where I will put any item that I think is Unconfirmed. As this is a long list, you need to click SPOILER TEXT to see the full list.
Whenever possible I will try to confirm bugs myself.
Try to keep posts succinct but with all relevant information so that they can be sent to Cyanide. Remember the more professional and polite we can be the more chance something will get done.
Please read the list before posting to make sure your issue is "new".

BUG LIST

1) Unable to sign riders in July.
There's an error that you can't sign without a sponsor, even though you have a sponsor for several years.
2)Scouting
All scouted riders are Time Trialers. Also the top-30 in the world are Time Trialers as well...
2b)- Not really a bug, but U23 guys really have to be fixed. They are way too allround and too good starting stats(spotted a 77 guy a few times), and they have way too many potential...
3) Black Riders on podium Confirmed personally
when in the shade, the riders on the podium all become completely black
4) Invisible/Ghost riders
This seems to hpeen on 3d race at 8x speed.
5) Unable to sign new riders.
There is a bug where even is there is sponsorship and budget, it is impossible to sign new riders in second season.
6) Season Planning.
there seem to be quite a few issues related to season/fitness planning.
a) very difficult for continental team to secure any invites. thus riders become unhappy. Confirmed personallyThis happens across the board. Not just with continental teams.
b) Inability to alter planning. This is silly as there are many reasons why a riders priorities might change during the year. Just ask Bradley Wiggins. 
c) Automatic rider goals set to races that the team cannot get entry to.
d) It doesn't tell you how many race days you have set for riders.
e) In the menu of rider goals it should filter to only show the races you are entered into.
As a general comment whilst the new planner is a step in the right di
rection it is overly complicated and very rigid. In short a pain in the ass to use.
7) Stage editor crashes.
The stage editor is crashing very often. eg.5 times in 10 minutes

ISSUE LIST

1)You can spend over 600,000 on scout reports without signing a rider, meaning you cannot sign a rider and have to start Career mode all over again.
2)Race Payments to Teams. Confirmed personally
The community seems to be split on whether or not this is a good/bad thing. Since it does spoil the game for many players, myself included, I ask that a game option be included.
Give Race income to Team. Yes/No.
3) Breakaways Peleton AI and time gaps. FLAT STAGES.
There is a problem with the peloton AI. Whilst the peloton/breakaway balence is better than previous years, sometimes breakaways get far too big a gap on the peloton which is uttery unrealistic. Sometimes teams with sprinters do not fight hard enough to reel in the breakaway.

This is as in real life. Prize money goes to riders, not teams.
Let's see:
- Usual "list of riders in race is empty" bug that's been there for a few years. The "go back and then forward again" workaround doesn't work, it only shows 6 riders instead of showing all of them
- Crowd sounds aren't affected by sound effects volume...or any volume so you can't stop hearing it, ever. Just like in every PCM since....2006 is it? I forget. It's been there for a looooooong time
- Most flat stages are won by breakaways because the peloton doesn't chase or chases very little very late. Breaks regularly win by over 20 minutes even if it's a solo break.
- Domestiques hate your guts unless you make them peak for crap races where they ride for their own chances instead of peaking for big races to be domestiques like in real life. Example: You're Radioshack. Nelson Oliveira demands that you register for the Tour of Portugal and make it his form peak for the season. If you tell him to peak for a Grand Tour to help the team leaders he gets angry

1) No secondary sponsors. You can only have 1 sponsor. For example Garmin - Sharp is now Garminsharp etc... !!!!!!
2) Game does not always recognize your Graphics car and thus resets your settings, even those non-graphics related
3) Regular crashes between Highlights and Podium
4) Insane loading times, even on 0 graphics
5) Very very very regular stage editor crashes

Rider satisfaction seems way off. Come the end of February and almost all rider are unhappy, annoyed or worse about their schedule. Example: Bouhanni gets a chance at Paris - Nice, San Remo, The Tour and all those races, still he doesn't think he has a good racing schedule and is annoyed. |

I was fiddling yesterday and it seems like as soon as you change the default they become unhappy or will loose happiness very early into the season... Somthing i will continue to look at, as the new fitness/goals thing just is not working for me

Also, about prize money:
Since now - realistically - there is no prize money, instead the sponsor pays you a 13th month of sponsorship to cover equipment costs (or staff overhead)

How much RAM do you have and at how many MHz?
I'm going to guess 1GB or less and at low speed

i notice, that the points for sprint and mountain on the stage overview at the mainscreen are wrong, but it seems, that during and after the race you have the correct results. |

Also for me it´s annoying, that especially in the cobbled classics the riders behind the leader group are not trying to chase. They are looking like a gruppetto.

- When simulating stages, after the first stage of a race, your riders frequently don't appear - just a blank box so you can't alter orders.
- When you click 'chase breakaways' on the team leader's 'apply to teammates' button, it does not apply to anyone
- The groups function is not fully implemented, so you can't add a group to a race, and instead have to do every ride click by click |

Got an upgrade about 2 months ago. 4GB, don't know MHz. It's not th most up to date or best, obviously, but it is incredibly standard and was in most laptops 1-2years ago.

That doesn't help if you start as a Custom Team. You'll get 20k per month covering the riders contracts. Staff is 10-25k per month depending on a seemingly random factor and which guys you already sacked. A 13th sponsor payment of 20k does not help at all.
UI;
Another issue for me is the news screen. There's 2/3 used for the mail list and 1/3 used for the actual mail. Which means you have to scroll down all the way to read that message.
Minor thing: The German translation could need some work. |

1) No building on top of Mount Ventoux
2) Many faults on the Alpe d'Huez stage (TDF) (see under)
(1) Col du Manse is 2 categorie not 3 categorie
(2) Rampe du Motty is categorised, it is a 3 categorie
(3) The intemediate sprint is in Bourg d Osians not before Col d'Ornon
(4) Col du Sarenne is 2 categorie not 3 categorie

Not sure if its my computer or not, but when I x8, about half the riders from the middle of the screen to the bottom all become invisible and only the bikes and helmets are visible. Everything else is great and I can play the game on full, with pretty good frames per second.
Also it looks like when in the shade, the riders on the podium all become completely black. I saw it in the TDF around about Stage 9-15. It was a mountain stage as well.

I can confirm all of this.
The riders becoming invisible is an old beta-bug, though. It remained but it isn't real harmful to gameplay or AI, so in my opinion not the worst bug  |
