Thanks for following the_hoyle you really give me a huge support!
It's a 16 kilometer long Team Time Trial kicking things here off in Italy. Teams must show some ability of teamwork here to finish with a good time.
Movistar is out there first, Valverde is their leader, let's see how they do. They seem a bit shaky, but not a bad time at the end, 22'27.
Team Sagan is out there next, their TT crew isn't any special and that shows quite a bit, as they lose around 30 secs throughout the course, compared to Movistar.
Garmin is usually really good in TTTs, today's one is ain't no exception, they beat the spanish team with 7 seconds. Good news for Ryder Hesjedal.
Omega Pharma - Quickstep is another team, that is usually right up there in this discipline, they excel at it today too. Huge time, 22'13, that's the best time so far! Cav and crew looking nice so far!
Here they come, the fearless armada of the british gentlemen beat OPQS's time by 15 sec... what?! Now, these are some marginal gains! This smells, but there is nothing we can do with that, we just have to accept it and move on. Sir Wiggo takes the leaders jersey, nice start for Sky...
Well, I don't wanna talk about that. Look at the results, it went terrible. We really need to step it up after that...

Do you really expect me to give some? Terrible stage, no praise, just no.

Contador did it,

What a bad stage for us. We are sprinters though. Not time trialists.

Thanks for all the comments guys!
Well, Jesleyh I wanted to play it just becasue it didn't make too much difference, as our team would've sucked either way.
Daggen, two 72TT, others under 70...
Ian, we ain't no silly, or are we?!
Mende, tough finish, only the strongest will hang on, if the pace is going to be high. If it stays low, we have a chance.
Oh, that's looks strange. Where are the Spiders in that breakaway? RAGE! Well, nobody from us today here, but there are still plenty of good riders here, such as Romain Bardet and Romain Sicard. No big lead for them allowed by the pack, it was over before it started.
Tough pace to tire the bunch, dictated by Sky, Blanco and Movistar. Guess who is working hard for his teammate at the front?! That's right it's Chris Froome! Nice gesture, nonetheless.
Meanwhile, the peloton is already at the foot of the last climb, Leukemans in the lead and Team Sky follows fast after him. Dasko and Yoo-Suk are well positioned at the front, trying not to fall back.
The pace is quite easy, it's going to come down to the sprint, as Leukemans is also caught now. Tough, steep sections right here, but now real action!
Richie Porte taking the lead under the Flamme Rouge, but he is already fading! Our riders are advancing on the left hand side, while the real action is on the right, where LLS takes the lead and pulls away!
The spaniard takes the stage! Impressive sprint, he is on good form apparently (Mallorca and Andalucia)! Another spaniard, Alberto "Mr. Steak" Contador comes 2nd, while Orica's Albasini finishes 3rd, beating the RadioShack duo of Cancellara and Klödi. Our best finisher was Dasko, coming 15th, while Kim kept his position in the GC.

I was tempted to give Dasko one, but not now sorry. Kelly Verbier also came close, but I'm afraid no points today... |

Well, despite his great form, I still don't see him surviving the mountains. But I can't complain about his season start, although he has used a lot of racedays already.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Good for Kim to keep his place in the GC. Interested to see what the team can do at Tirreno, the fact that we've had a horrible TTT may just open the door for some attacks

@Miguel98 - Well, Nick tried at least, you'll see the next Tirreno stage...
@Ollfardh - I still believe in him, the stages left are tough, but not THAT tough... I hope
@the_hoyle - P-N is looking nice, indeed and still thanks for supporting, good to know you like this!
@mvhoogdalem -
@Stromeon - Maybe...
@fcancellara - Well, I don't know the exact schedule, since I'm not at my computer atm, but I believe that Kristjan is going to start in California and then go to Suisse and then the TDF. After that, Utah maybe and the Vuelta a Espana. I hope he can snatch a TDF-Vuelta double, but it'll be really hard against Froome and Contador. Good battle awaits us, I think.
Next Tirreno stage up tomorrow, I hope, also thanks for following!
EDIT: Let's make it Sunday, I'm really busy today.
