and leave the younger generations alone. i hardly have an unimaginative sponsor

Apple was my idea, and he stole it
I posted mine before him. |

I was going to be sponsored by Tinkoff, until I learnt that OlegTinkov was going to play, so I came to a compromise and dropped them as a sponsor. Life is all about give and take. Though I wonder sometimes if anyone else gives.

It's actually something about having respect for eachother. Before i started thinking of sponsor i actually went to the shirt database for 2010 Man-Game. To see the sponsors on the jerseys so i didnt pick the same as someone else. This can be compared to the stories abit. You (normally) aren't going to start a story with the same team as someone else.

Same as me last year - I was going to have ING as a sponsor, then Alex beat me to it.
Can't really see SN letting two teams have the same sponsor anyway. |

I don't think it'll be a force-to-change issue, but it's just not quite as realistic as many of us who play it, would like the game to be.
Still, while we're on the area of respect. I'd respect it if no-one else bid on any Italians in the transfers. Yep. Got it? Brilliant.

I'm going to search a new 2nd sponsor. As you all said, it isn't realistic with 2 teams with the same sponsor. |

Don't be a Buddha! You totally demand that I would make the Tour of America in return

Nah, I came to the thought that you'd do Tinkoff better justice than I could.

Many apolegies about my sponsers - I will change it ASAP. I should have checked just before I posted I was just trying to think of a creative way of writing my first post. I did not realise someone else had got the apple sponser.
To be fair we picked our sponsers at a similar time it was just that Vosken pipped me to it.
Just hope ppl here can give me the benefit of doubt - it was an honest mistake - part of the problem is - trying to find a team jersey to fit my teams global ambitions. Back to the drawing board!

Reverting back to the subject of rider fitness during races.
What is there to restrict riding your best riders in every single race - do they have so many race days before their fitness suffers like 60 race days for example? |

Fitness will always be the same for every rider in every race. No exceptions.
Your best riders will have a limited amount of race days though. To give you an idea, my best rider (Cunego) had 42 last season, while my worst (Ford) had 120. |

I see so different riders are limited to the amount of race days, thanks for the quick response great!
Beginning to build an idea of my seasons calander, based on having a squad of 16 to 20 riders, i would normally in PCM try to limit myself to roughly 200 race days for the squad in total. (Obviously the squad would rotate around having different riders for each race - but 200 would be pretty much the capacity!)
How many race days on average would you say is a good idea for a squad of this size to race? |

Continental teams have a limit of 150 race days, with classics counting as 2 days per race.
You must have a minimum of 20 riders in your team. Max of 30.

I just wonder if we got any date we expect the transfer season to begin. I wonder since I'm going to China for 11 days (15 March - 26th) and wont be online in that period. If it is during that period I will find someone who can babysit my team, or something like that
Thanks

Its very likely that part of the transfers will take place during that period, and Im not a fan of somebody 'babysitting' your team, as you put it
