Hey, coach, we don't want to move the team's parties into a virtual office! |

Now all we need are a virtual stadium and virtual players... wait a minute!

Unsurprising to everyone that we get blown out when Bobson is not in the starting 11.

Another bad game for the team. Santana did not look good there.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

GHJ giving good effort even in a lost game, the kind of fighting spirit that managers want on bad days.
Not good that the more compact defensive 3-CB was ripped apart. C'mon defence, step it up a little bit please.

Unfortunately appears the change to 3 at the back did not work out too well! Always good to give it a go and find out though. I’d imagine a change to something more familiar for the players would be required going into the next fixture.
Due to the nature of the game, not one where Sanchez was able to thrive and show what he’s capable of but he’ll be revving to go next time out. |

Fun game! Defence looks a little shaky with Perfetto but even worse without him.

I guess there's a connection between the coach moving into a virtual office and us conceding 5 goals in this heavy defeat. |

Losing some momentum now, come on team, let’s find our focus and recover from these latest negative results. |

The 1-2 GHJ-Washington combination is developing nicely. Not the win we would have liked but at least it was a battling bounce back. Still got a fight on to win the title.

We really need to turn this around in the next few games.

After recent results, coach Nemolito has decided to organize a short training camp, but only for players who are willing to come. If there are players that think they can make more progress on their own with one of the team's personal trainers, they can stay at the club. They'll have to prove they improved in their next game.
Two options, each player can pick 1:
A) Go to the training camp and be sure of a +2 in stamina.
B) Stay at the club and get a +4 in a skill you want, if you manage to get at least a 7.2 rating in your next (competition) game as a starter.
Aside from that, after our next competition game we will be playing in the 1/32nd finals of the cup against a team from the first division. It is not known which team yet, but if there are people who think it's better to use a more defensive approach than our 4-2-3-1, feel free to say so.

GHJ can get above the 7.2, but as an attacking player that relies upon a goal/assist. And if our next competitive match is against a Div.1 team then there is no real choice by to go to training camp for +2 Stamina (but damn the +4 for sprint was super tempting)

To clarify (for everyone), our next competition game is against Wellington Phoenix
The game against a division 1 team does not classify as a competition game by the way, as it is a cup game. So the people not starting against Wellington will be based on their game after the div 1 cup game.

Without a guaranteed start against Wellington we then face Braga, in Portugal. And it's not worth gambling the +2 Stamina on a 7.2+ against them.
Although, if the manager put up a +8 gain for a 7.2 performance against the Div.1 team GHJ might be tempted to go for it

Bobson is usually fairly steady in the upper 6's when he starts at right back, but 7's is a bit of a stretch and can really depend on team performance. As much as I want to risk it, I just don't think he has much of a shot for it to work out. I guess I'll have to take the training camp option.

Well, for Perfetto the choice is simple: Training Camp.
