The idea initially was that it would be a talent focus from 0 - 100 with 100 being 2000. This is rather pointless, though with the way scouting is now, so just put there what you think (each talent focus point gives 20), but you can also directly write into the cell that has the formula with that in it.
thanks for the info, although the last DB you posted does not include the formula for Scouting, only for Research, in case you were unaware.

I'm indeed very slow and lacking on reply because I simply don't have the time. take today for example, got home a 6 from work, get cleaned up, dinner. it's 7:30. appointment to apply for my drivers license at 8. get back from that at 8:30. catch up with the tour/social media and the like, send FA round 2 to bikex at 22:13. that's already cutting in my sleep by 13 minutes and I didn't even look as deeply into the FA's as I should, not even to compare with transfer involving riders which add many factors I want to look into. so you can basically expect only 1 reply per day.
if you're interested in Rafal and still want to deal with me despite this crap, then contact me so there is some sort of communication ongoing. I'll also try to at least make up with everybody involved outside of Majka, thought I'm not sure how yet though

If that´s the case, then no trouble about that...just something like "just post your offers in the thread, I don´t have enough time" or a post in the thread like "I´m willing to sell Majka, but I don´t have enough time to negotiate about it, so please come at me with direct offers" would be great if you sell such a big free agent next time

That comment I made was in past tense, I was talking about how I felt during the transfer rounds because without information it's tough to know what's going on, even though I understand the situation now. Sorry if you were offended by anything I said though.

Well I'm just trying to fill my team right now and not have to deal with anything else (We'll see if I make any sales in the next transfer round, but in terms of buying, I've literally used my entire budget. So yeah.). Best case scenario: All bids go through and I have a solid main and dev team. Fingers crossed.

With my time zone as it is with respect to Europe, Bikex usually has a nice surprise waiting for me overnight on days of the reveal. I'll be checking back here as soon as I wake up to see how my bidding went

This results in Fast N' Loud being over budget by 240 in this round. With adding a fine of the same height that means Fast N' Loud will have to make up a deficit of 480 in the final transfer round. If they fail to do so and won't be able to sign enough riders and stay in their budget they will loose a good rider after round 2.

Very happy with the way this round went, eventhough I panicked a bit and probably overpaid slightly, I am still pretty satisfied with the transfer Season, as my team construction is probably finished for the first year.

Happy to get two more guys on minimum wage, now looking to sell a rider or two to finance the rest of our squad.
I personally didn't go for Oomen because Jetse Bol was only a little bit more expensive and a better domestique for the cobbles, but he is a very nice pickup for a dev team and one I was interested in last season too. Goss an absolute bargain for Feryn, as are Anacona, Cam Meyer and Damuseau while if FNL can get their budget in order they have a strong squad of sprinters.

That was a good round in which I didn't mess up. Nothing good happened either though 
Team is done anyways, really confident I can promote to the WT in my first season with EBH, Tsatevitch and König who are all quality leaders, and my U23 team with Budyak and Sklar should be one of the stronger U23 teams around. Arsamazov and Kurlovich no bad talents either.

Yes, he is only the reigning MSR winner! Still got 1970 left, need 7 more, well if I want about 1k for research I will need to sell someone decent unless we are getting the cheapies in!
Will be hard for FNL to get back in budget. |
