He's eight minutes down he is no threat at all for Froome. The problem is why didn't Conta and Quintana go. After the 2012 Vuelta Froome doesn't deserve to be waited for. |

Honestly though Nibali is no threat to Froome anyway and Movistar didn't push so i don't really think sportsmanship is an issue here. Also as far as i know we didn't see exactly what happened, maybe Nibali attacked and Froome tried to change pace and close it and then dropped his chain? If someone saw that it was the other way around then enlighten me.
Froome stopped, Nibali looked behind right at him and then attacked. Just saw a replay.
I haven't seen it yet so not taking your word for it. But if that is what happened then it's questionable by Nibbles. |

What about the unwritten rule of not attacking the yellow jersey when they get a mechanical... Yes he is not in 2nd like Contador was but still not right.
Sport freak. Mostly interested in Football (Liverpool, Rosenborg with more), increasing interest in cycling.
Also big Formula 1 fan. Ferrari <3

There is also an unwritten rule not to attack on the last stage, yet there are breakaways.

When you are breaking written rules, others can break unwritten ones. Fuck Froome.

It's questionable by Nibali but remember that he's way back and hardly a top contender, would have been more iffy if it was Quintana going all-in there.
Also i love seeing the tears of SKY fanboys |
