Small update on the project:
In the past two weeks we have been working on
- The website (expected to launch in Q2 2014)
- The interface mechanics in the engine
- The temporary Database (used for testing mechanics)
- Design of the fitness mechanics
- Design of the transfer mechanics
We consider this game a "2 in 1 game" and has chosen to focus heavily on completing the manager part first before investing everything into the 3D part of the game. The good side of this approach is that we can test and adjust the manager part down to every little detail. The bad news is that it will take a while before we can show in-game screenshots of a working prototype 
Untill then we will mostly share concept art, sketches, 3D assets etc. and participate in discussions with you guys about each individual mechanics.

Hello again guys. I am currently looking at loading the database with some names for the U23 part and generation of new riders
i would appreciate if someone would voluunteer to do some regions with me (for example for the country you are from). The job will be simple:
- make a table in excel and load it with lastnames, then make another column and load it with firstnames.
Then upload the file in this thread or pm me with a download link i only need 20-30 names per region to start testing and building the mechanics.

I've got an excel file I downloaded from a thread on here last gear with loads of names on that I could send you when I'm next on my computer, I would credit whoever posted it but can't seem to find it now.

Could you also send me the names when you're done so I an add them to my regen.xml file.

XML if possible, otherwise just something that i can open in excel  i have never used OpenOffice so its hard for me to pick a format.

If it's mainly for testing, can't you use MrDemus files? In the latest versions, he's pretty much re-done it the names for most countries from scratch: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_402307

If you want I can make a list of Frisian names (of which there are quite a lot actually). If you combine that with the Dutch it's quite realistic actually.
