Haven´t noticed any obvious problems with this DB and 1.3
Maybe i´m missing some nuances not having played a PCM since 2008, but so far i don´t see much evidence that it "isn´t compatible" |

I don't know what your policy is about riders who passed away, but Rob Goris (Accent.Jobs - Willems Veranda's) died during the first week of the TDF. He was visiting the TDF on July 4 and that night he appeared on a Belgian television show with his girlfriend (granddaughter of Rik Van Looy). That same night he died of a heart attack in his hotel room at the age of 30.
What are your opinions on this? Is it better to remove from the DB? Was WW removed from the DB last year? |

I never have seen that the savegame is read-only. It must be a problem from your side. |

I have two local.cdb in that folder? Just installed Dailus beta and dont know if it was there before i downloaded it... Should i still copy ti or delete one of them? |

Technically it is not possible to have two files with the same name in the same folder.
Check it again. |

I had two files in that folder the second was called Local.cdb with a ~ somewhere. I deleted this file after doing what you said and then it worked. happy days |

Not sure if this is an issue with the PCM Daily Expansion or my own installation somehow but I've noticed that the minishirt and main (3D) shirt for Team Sky is oddly transparent in the main torso of the rider.
I've not made any changes to the base PCM expansion but did install the latest 1.3 patch. Anyone else seeing this?
It was eleven more than necessary.

Hm, not here apparently.. could you post a screen? Patch 1.3 doesn't change anything concerning Sky folders, so it shouldn't have affected that.

much as I thought, re: the patch. I'll grab a screenshot later. It just looks like the sky minimaillot and main 3D shirt are of incorrect format which is causing the weirdness. The odd thing is I've not done any shirt replacing or editing, so I'm not sure how. Maybe a screencap will provide other clues.

I have the Steam version and I found that there were two pro cycling manager 2012 folders and I had to replace the local.cbd in both (and make the new copies read only) for the flag issue to go away. I will post the locations of both local.cbd files below.

I have no clue whatsoever about why there are two folders and why the steam version seems to use stuff from each location but I installed the expansion packs in both folders and it seems to work for me.
Though I am not sure the patch improvements work fine as my custom team which is a continental team (set up as a 20% orientation team so the budget is quite small) has spnsor goals in all three of the grand tours. The three goals I can attempt to achieve are all in HC stage races so I suspect my sponsor will fall out with me.
I do have one minor issue though and it's that the settings seem to reset each time I load the game but provided I remember to change them when I load it's no problem. I am new to PCM so I am playing on normal for now, I was going to move up to hard before I read that it doesn't improve the AI.
