Does anyone else get a massively annoying repeating clicking noise from any CN forum thread tab since a few weeks?
I can't leave the tab open anymore while watching the Giro stream.

That might be your stream. At least that happens for me sometimes.

Nope, Chrome shows which tab produces sound since a few versions ago, and it definitely lights up at the CN tab.

Just epic. Not sure if the text is more epic than the decision itself (the guy is retired for over 6 years now...), but judge it yourself.

I'm just infuriated that news companies can still continue to make shit statements about things that aren't true.
The first bold line states:
"Defending champion hints Wiggins' Tour de France place is not certain"
When in actual fact, he hints nothing of the sort. He does in fact say (according to their own article that they wrote):
Froome was reluctant to discuss whether Wiggins’ form would send him into the race as a joint leader.
“I think talking about plan b that’s a decision the team needs to come to, but Bradley has been talking about playing a support role and not a plan b as such,” said Froome. “I think Richie Porte has really stepped up his condition, which is good at the moment. He’s certainly got the potential to be riding for the Tour de France podium.
At no place does the article mention Froome shooting down the idea of Wiggins riding the Tour as the first statement suggests. Flip, their website annoys me. Their riders annoy me too (the guys who write Procycling magazine), for men who follow the sport of cycling for a living, they've got shit tactical awareness in races.

Thought it time to revive this thread after spotting a wonderful sentence on a CN article today. Context is an article about Giant-Alpecin unveiling their new jersey.
'Know as Giant Shimano in 2014, the squad won stages in all four Grand Tours'
https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/team-...ace-jersey
Quick! Somebody tell Adam Hansen he's been doing it wrong... he's missed one out!

Time to revive this again
From the MSR Liveticker
For now there are a few Lampre riders on the front of the peloton. The all-Italian team have a few cards to play with today in Ulissi and Modolo but they're certainly not favourites by any means. Here's a look at their nine-man squad:
141 Diego Ulissi (Ita)
142 Matteo Bono (Ita)
143 Mattia Cattaneo (Ita)
144 Davide Cimolai (Ita)
145 Roberto Ferrari (Ita)
146 Sacha Modolo (Ita)
147 Manuele Mori (Ita)
148 Federico Zurlo (Ita)
It's not even a typo.
