Those crazy accelerations by Froome were painful to watch... Just ridiculously strong, closing all the gaps when others attacked and in the end sprinting for the win..
Would have loved to see Contador beat this guy..
I mean, i even liked the Armstrong attacks more (though he's a convicted cheater). Armstrong at least had some style, while Froome looks just fuckin stupid
That case was just ridiculous. They gave him a suspension for SIGNS of doping..
That case was a farce.
Not only was it not a performance enhancing drug, it was a weight loss remedy that was in such a small % that they had to specifically look for it. And to top it off riders before and after have been acquitted for the same small %.
There clearly had gone politics in that case and UCI had to suspend him.
The drug does have performance enhancing properties and is also used for masking other doping products so saying it was a farce is ludicrous, yes it was line ball but the right decision was made.

Yes, first at 5k left he did his patented sit down, look at the monitor and go full retard... then to top it off he finished with a 700 meter uphill sprint.. .

Good ride Talansky and same goes for VDB
Yeah, both havn't shown much this season but they should be a joy to watch in the Tour and maybe work as a bit of a dark horse similiar to what Hesjedal and Rolland did at the Giro.
Don't think that Talansky or VDB will be dark horses at all, but legitimate top 3/5 contenders from the get go.
That would be even better.

Btw, most random performance of the day: Igor Anton randomly appears in 7th place. Knowing the fact, that outside of Zoncolan he pretty much sucked whole Giro, lost 1:30 in yesterday prologue and usually does bad in those low steepness climbs, it surprised me a lot.
probably supercompensation from the giro, happens sometimes

You must mean does not have, unless you can prove there is a performance enhancement in burning more fat than usually in a race?
Also if we go by your statement here that its ok to ban merely for a suspicious test, then why is Froome even allowed to ride? because not only is his watts highly questionable, his performance is clearly at a stage where we only have banned doped riders to compare them.

Do you know how much was actually detected? I'm not a scientist but I doubt that amount can actually mask any doping agents what so ever and either give him a performance boost...
