i have expansion patch installed on clean/fresh windows
i was trying a ranked road race but i got an error that was modified
i didn't made a picture,i don't remember what stage or race were
so,expansion patch overwrites some original stages?

Yes, the Mod\Stages folder still doesn't work as it should, so we have to overwrite in some cases. |

It's calculated based on the stats of the rider (and re-calculated each month, so even if you'd change it in the DB without changing the stats it'd change soon). But do you mean that you have Daily's DB and most riders have 'northern classics' as their specialty? If yes, that was a bug of the Real Name DB which can be fixed by using the .cdb found here. But besides that, I'd advise you to check out the huge release we've done last week, the traditional Expansion Pack, which has obviously hundreds of improvements compared to the Real Name DB

And Kwiatkowski irl did get a Top 5 in Amstel/Fleche + 4th in Tirreno behind only Froome/Contador/Nibali, so those results are not that unrealistic  Nevertheless, those results by him and Stybar are 'surprises' if you consider their stats (they shouldn't be doing that good). In HIL, for example, there are 7 riders with more than 78 HIL and another 10 with the same 78 HIL as him. As for cobbles, there are 4 riders with better COB than Stybar and 6 with the same value, so it's definitely not expected that they'd put up such great results. So I'll agree with Jesleyh it's more of a coincidence rather than the rule But if regardless of that you still think they should be lowered, then you should argue about it in the stats discussion thread, where Alakagom will more likely read it

Guys i have load of WC Variants that our the same its a flat 1 with Abu Dhabi Flag i think. Also i have the Giro 2013 route named as 2014 2015 . With 1 difference stage 4 is diferent to the 2013 route? Its well wierd. So im sure i will get the same Giro route as 2013 if its named 2014, no? |

In STA_Stage, you look up the Aussie NCTT stage, and just change the day and month there

I didn´t know it was impossible to change it and it was automatically.
I play with the Expansion pack, so no problem with the specialisation.
Your DB is magic.
Ask Cyanide to get you a job. It would be better for the game and the community.

Just downloaded the expansion pack and all seems to be ok, but there are some things I can't find?
1) I can't find the variant versions for example of the Giro and Tour etc, as they are not on the main stage race menu?
2) Also how do I alter the startlist for the World Championships, as I didn't see this as an option?
3) Also I saw at the beginning that there was a fault with some of the stages in the Giro, has this been fixed or do I have to fix it myself?

The "Abu Dhabi variants" are proposital. As for Giro, the Expansion Pack doesn't install Giro variants pre-set to be chosen at 2014 and 2015. This is one of the reason of why you're advised to install it in a clean installation of the game. But if there's only one different stage I imagine you somehow might have added only one stage (stage 4) named as "2014". Deleting that should fix it.

1 - Check in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM13/CM_Stages for stages called "top_[race]_v1, v2 etc. If you don't have that, then somehow the stages weren't installed, and I suggest re-installing. 1. I've checked and it's there in the top right corner.
2 When I say startlist, I mean can I create my own startlist using the existing country allocations? Or do I have to use the default that has been provided?
3. No need to do that, as I've already played the official Giro route on PCM 2012 and am more interested in playing one of the many variants routes, now that I've seen them all.

2 - There's no default startlist provided. The teams (countries) won't change, yes, but each time you race it they'll pick different riders (like any other race in single race mode).
3 - The Giro stage problem is in one of the variants, not in the 2013 route (I assume you meant the 2013 one?). So yes you have to fix it.
