Majka you fabulous beaut!!
What a ride. World class ride by Majka and now the polka-dots are in reach.
However, I don't like his behavior when ascending Pla d'Adet. Being a really big dick there, and that push was just plain stupid..
To people saying Majka is doped, I'll remind you how much energy he saved yesterday:

Well technically Benatti had a chance but then he punctured when Tony attacked |

I'm not a particular fan of TST and I got so mad with Roche riding away as Majka was obviously the best of the two..

Here are some photos I took in the beginning of this stage.
Early breakaway with veteran Jens Voigt:
Head of the peloton with Katusha team riding to catch the breakaway for Purito. Astana team with yellow jersey Nibali following them.
Pinot and Majka will be more concerned later in this stage and are staying in the end of the peloton right now:

Kirchen called me a troll for calling Purito dumbest rider, well he is. The guy will not get KOTM even, what a huge waste of race days. Sure he may have a good vuelta. But you would give him more chance vs Froome with Poland and Eneco in the legs. Froome will be fresh as a daisy. I want the guy to get a deserved GT, but he is just too dumb. |

Eneco Tour?! Of course, yes... Eneco Tour: World's best preparation race for Vuelta.

I'm already imagining Purito doing cobbles. |

Well, Team Tinkoff uses the point that they don't have a GC-contender to it's fullest. Smart move to take it easy one day, and be in the attack the other day. So no, the wins by Majka and Rogers aren't suspicious to me.
But the stupid whinking, and pulling himself forward using that motor was a dumb action.... Hopefully the podium girls didn't gave him a kiss, he didn't deserve those kisses!!!!
And good job by Mollema being in the attack all day. With a stage this short that's doable. Hopefully he'll regain some strength for tomorrow, so he and LTD can fight for 7th.
Oh, Kruijswijk and Porte in an exciting battle for 15th, bth tied in time after this stage

Don't you agree Kruijswijk is riding awesome this Tour?? What a beast, he's back!
15th in the GC is just amazing for him imo. |

I am really failing to see why all the Peraud comments. I am not sure, but Peraud was a neo pro in 2010 in cycling terms, he enetered pro cycling preety late and that is possible. He's hitting his peak form, even at his age.
And anyhow his results this year were fantastic. Anyone saying he came out of blue, clearly doesn't follow any cycling in 2014. Or misses the big races Peraud did great in.

Why good job?
It was smart by him to get into the breakaway but so were VDB and Schleck, but: As the highest ranked rider in the group, Mollema didn't initiate anything, he didn't ride to win, he didn't even take pulls if I remember corretly. He was just riding like it was a day in the peloton, whilst other guys were really riding great alongside him. He was in the breakaway - alright, but he was far from really "being in the attack all day" like Kiriyenka, Arashiro or Roche.

He took a lot of turns on the beginning of the break, later Arashiro worked for Rolland, cause they had 3 riders in the group. And he didn't have the legs to attack really, yeah. Just like the whole fcking Tour . But yeah, he is still 7th by some miracle . I think he would be like 15th last year with these legs. |

Funny that, Phil (or was it Paul, they're equally senile these days it's hard to tell them apart) made that same mistake yesterday I think. Except he said it the other way round, Tinko Saxoff, which just sounds like a Russian swearing.

I wouldn't say he's back. He's on the right path though.
He's far from his 2011 form, if you ask me. Even though he's 16th, he's still more than half an hour behind
