Mr. Clenbuterol has already 1'20 to Nibali and Scarponi, how on earth will he not win the Giro? Dammit, it will be a boring race =(

Veulta could be the most exciting Grand Tour this season, as Contador won't be their, he is will probaly win the TDF again this year.

Call me again when a race that doesn't contain Contador is about to begin. Thanks.

Contador is just too solid. He makes a GT boring by being a near certain winner.
It's like the Lance-era. Except for the fact that Contador shows up in other GTs from time to time.
Well, but he would always show up in the Tour if possible. In 2008, he couldn't, and in 2011, it's risky for him.

Question is whether Contador will be allowed to ride at that point |

I was thinking that, if he can gain 1 min over the rest of the contenders here, how much can he gain in the Zoncolan? I'm starting to think that if they change the Crostis for climbing the Zoncolan twice, he could get a lap on quite a lot of riders. |

Breaking news: Dennis Menchov has been spotted in France with a confused look on his face. When asked, Menchov reportedly said "We were supposed to turn left, right?"
As for Carlos Sastre, he is nowhere to be seen and a search-and-rescue team has been dispached. |

Rodriguez lost 2.21, came with Sastre, Nieve, Kruijswik and team mate Dani Moreno, while Lofkvist was 2.41 behind. Pinotti arrived nearly 5 minutes after Contador. |

CAS have a month and a half to sort it out,as much as Contador makes cycling boring with his dominance, it is privilege to watch a fantastic Grand Tour rider, even after the mistakes he does make, but if he has cheated CAS need to sort it out before the TDF to stop 2 corrupted Grand Tours this year.

Remember the race for second place matters a lot given the Court of Arbitration for Sport will adjudicate on the WADA and UCI appeals

Löfkvist is clean. He will never win a GT.

Valverde was allowed to keep the Vuelta, so Contador if banned, would be allowed to keep the Giro, should he win. |

All my doubts about his form vanished today. He will win this Giro unless he gets a mechanical problem or crashes out. This was pure show from him.
If Contador was impressive, then I can't find words for Rujano. Where has he been all the time since 2005? Too bad he lost huge amounts of time on stage 5. He looks like the only one who can challenge Contador.
Sivtsov was also very impressive here. I have never seen him climbing this well.
Menchov, Purito and Scarponi disappointed a lot today. I had expected more from them. Especially Menchov.

Lofkvist wrote somewhere he wasn't going to do a lot today. He also said he wants to stay fresh for 3rd week and says there where the Giro for him will begin to get Top 10. I don't have the link though. No excuse though for him. Getting Top 20 will be challenge for him i think.

Now we just have to hope that there will be some cold and rainy days like last year, in order to see if Contador will still be that strong...
Now that I think about it, I can't remember Contador winning in really bad weather, can someone help me find one? |

I must say that I never expected Nibali and co to be that bad. They aren't even a threat to Contador.
Pozzato sucks!
