I'm not sure how long it usually takes as a new player, but surely a week is enough, especially if all new managers have done it then maybe go ahead? Again I'm not sure if you can but it must be time to move on or this won't be done for a long while.

So here are the results:

The second part of round 1 will be done via pm. For riders whose at least top two biders were only seperated by a maximum of 20% of the maximum bid you will have to make a second bid. The highest bider here will get the riders. In the event of a tie a random generator will decide who gets the rider.
The new bid has to be at least 90% of your old bid.
I'll pm you a list of riders you have to make a second bid on and you send me the list back. This is an example of how the list will look like:
50 would be the team ID, 443 the rider ID, it's obvious what "Boonen" and "Tom" are, 600 would be the wage you offered in round 1 and 540 is the lowest amount you can bid now.
To make the new bid copy everything put it in a table formate and send it back to me. Please don't forget to send it to me in a table format, that'd save me a lot of work.
So this is how your answer could look like:
To see what's left of your budget after deducting the wage of the riders you secured already open the spoiler. You have to deduct what you want to have left for scouting and research yourself.

The file isn't needed though.
SotD has some private issues that prevent him from taking care of that stuff curently, so I just added some Free Agents noone bid on to his team for now. He will probably turn active some time later in the (off)season.
Also the Telecom Namibia riders are all riders that noone bid on.
For this there will be a deadline of 48 hours so we can start with the first transfer window on the weekend. |

Hmm didn't secure any of the 3 riders I bet on, not even the ones with 67 and 65 average -.-
EDIT: Congrats on getting Demare, bwiggins  Nice move! I noticed some really nice names in CT in general already, Rolland and Talansky stand out for instance beside the sprinter.

Looks like we will be entering the transfers with one of the biggest budgets, a decent situation considering some have to sell some of their riders.
