He recovered well. Only lost a few seconds to Dopeoulin at most...

Martin -> Froome -> Hesjedal -> Aru

you know that's not true, Mochema isn't in the list.

I think it might have been a fringale. Forgetting to eat while he was chasing back after his crash.

The problem is stages 14-16.

Aru looks to have prepared correctly for this so he can keep putting time into him and anyway Dumoulin will crack at some stage, also if he keeps digging so deep he won't put as much time into everyone else in TT as he normally would

I thought of this, since it wouldn't be the first time Froome forgot to eat.

He honestly challenges Mochema and Martin, but nobody how hard anyone tries, no one eclipses the almighty Mochikiller

He's not going to take back 4 minutes in the TT

Ho won't be able to make 4 mins, remember that it is TT after 2 weeks, hard weeks, diffrence between grand tour riders, and timetrialists won't be so big

There are many occasions when riders don't follow team orders

It was question to Kirsipuu (who was Astana sport director). What if some rider deciding to ignore team order?
Answer was that ..it will be this rider final ride on this team.
And meaning was not after tour..but at the moment after stage.

correct this is about who is fresh.

Dumoulin lost 1'30 to Aru in the HARDEST stage. The stage to come aren't nearly as hard. Even if they are mountain top finishes.

Aru needs at least another 1'30 to be safe. And in 1 mountain stages he might even lose time..

Then again, I have no idea whatsoever if Dumoulin can keep it up. Normally you'd say no. But he's gone way past what he normally does anyway

I guess he can make 1:30-2:00 on Aru in the TT, since its not very long.

Also about the Astana thing....Is there proof that Landa ignored orders? If not, its a senseless discussion.
