He's arguably the most negative rider in the peloton. Don't think I've ever seen him relaying. He lets others do the work and if these others catch the break or manage the group to stay away, great he'll sprint for the win. Otherwise he'll just settle for sprinting for 2nd/3rd/4th place. He never ever takes any initiative..
