Yeah, gratz, Dippo. Even though he did benefit from some stupid AI prior to the Ventoux
And congrats, roturn. You lucky then, almost forgot to put it online and wwon't be at home today. Olivier did well, so did Shikai of course. Huge support for Kirsch today! Gratz, SN!

Thanks for the good reports.
Brilliant to get a top 10 on Ventoux from Lehtinen, even though Blikra lost a lot on the GC on the same stage.
...and I don't care about stupid AI - I'll take whatever success I can get

Thanks for that tsmoha, 4th overall, a stage and the points jersey is pretty good going I'd say

Great reporting throughout tsmoha
Not a lot to see from Altanzul and Boroš in this race bar breakaway appearances. Still, it was good to watch as a relative neutral. Congrats SN! |

A less successful stage for the team there, and I think Kudus could have performed better overall. At least this isn't his last chance here, as he'll be back next year as a major contender.
Thanks for the great reports tsmoha, and congrats to SN. |

You sure about that?
Isn`t he like 75mo next year?
The year after though he surely will be a favourite for this race. |

Kirsch and Lecuisiner, the top two, are 76/75 mountain so why not Kudus next year? |

Lecuisinier will be here next season aswell, with 79MO. Morton will be 80MO. Vasilyv as my helper will be 75MO and a better TT'er... If Kudus does anything but an outside top 10 next season he is overperforming.

Ok I didn't check the age of those guys, just compared his stats to this years field. Looks like he'll have to wait an extra year then. |

Yeah a good win - taking advantage to take a win that may well be the best it gets for Kirsch. But Avenir is always a nice one to have on your palmaries at least in the ManGame - bit of a rogues gallery in real life.
Nice to see De Bie in action on that last stage, he and Edmondson showed some climbing promise despite both really looking more like hilly specialists for the future.
Thanks Tsmoha and all for bringing this Avenir to us.

This is likely the realistic top 10, on paper, next season:

Nice tactics by Kolar, he really benefited from his presence in a breakaway. 13th place overall is a good result.

A bit unfortunate that Hoelgaard lost the mountain jersey there, but well fought by Dieteren, congratulations!
Also a big congratulation to SN! Really cool to see a rider who won't develop into a superman claim a l'Avenir win in such a style, simply being the best climber in the race.
And thank you again for your great reports, tsmoha. They've been entertaining all the way through. |

Well, he will develop into a better rider than Tim Kennaugh who won last year - But yeah, it's cool that it doesn't necessarily have to be a rider such as Lecuisinier, Phinney and those likes.
I do, however, think it would be amazingly cool to train those l'Avenir winners into good GC riders. I would love to have Kennaugh and train him into an 80+ MO rider

One trip to the Podium ain't bad for team mostly made of lvl 1 riders. Next year we'll be back with a Ewan capable of stage wins and a Yates more capable of a stage win.
Was a good race despite the AI issues, very enjoyable!

I have no doubt, if Shikai didn't crash he would be on the podium here. He atleast proved he was one if not the best rider on the crucial stages but him sitting up earlier on may also have meant he had more rested legs for the later stages, although I dont actually remember if it works like that in PCM.
You're welcome SN

Good to see Foliforov doing what he's best at: attacking. Two stages in a row in front is quite nice. Hopefully he'll deliver me, or Oleg in the future, some nice wins from those.

Liked the race! Reports were awesome (thanks, tsmoha) and our results, too.
Stunning ride by Stefan Kung, we're so proud a swiss rider made it into the top 10. Some goes for Michel Koch, Sauber/Swisscom and Evonik/RBC doing a great job developing their young riders.
Was an honour to accompany all these young talents clinging together and making us 2nd in team ranking!
