You can also download by torrent, it's probably faster and easier than waiting for the files to be re-uploaded.

Yes, that's the torrent file. Then by using a program such as uTorrent, you use the torrent file to download the DB

Hello!! I give one suggestion for PCM 2013 DB:
When you create a new team, only we can choose only 4 o 5 maillots (and almost all of them are horrible)
Can you add some new maillots for a new team???

@Aizak It are 20, and you can add them yourself.
Just copy a jersey into PCM2012-3D-Cyclists-Cloth-Team-C00/C01 etc. And rename it like the jersey that was there(for example if you copy your jersey to C00: C00_maillot.
Then the first choice(if C00 first choice, C01 second one etc.) at the custom screen is the jersey you can use. You won't see a picture of the new jersey though, since that's located at the map Gui-Team shirt.

You can change them by putting shirts from the shirt database into the c00, c01, ... folders in 3D/Cyclist/Cloth/Team and renaming them to c00_maillot etc.
Just make sure to remember which jersey you chose in the selection window.

We probably won't change that by now because we might overwrite the custom shirts added by many players. And as Jesleyh and cio said, it's pretty easy to change them to the one you want
