I'm not sure what are you trying to accomplish by reasoning with him. Just admit that he's right, because he is, and the facts are backing him up.

Anyone got a video explaining riders different roles in a team and why they have that role in the team, this guy needs one.

Anybody else see Paul Sherwen interviewing a crying Valverde in half english half italian?
I'm amazed Valverde understood any of that.
That was actually pretty amazing. "I'll do my best to interview him in Spanish".
It was cool to see some decent racing after another long winter. And Rogers did a great domestique job by dropping EBH. Oh wait, maybe not so good...
Too bad I missed the Danny Pate party. Well, I'll try next time.

Someone should do a story about Pate
To make my post have a purpose:
I hope Valverde goes on the attack today, to get the extra seconds on Gerrans. Everyone wants a good race, and how awesome would it be for Valv to win the GC in his first race back. (As long as he passes the drug tests)

I think someone posted a quote from one of the Movistar riders saying they won't go for bonus seconds tomorrow, but that might as well have been a bluff

While I did bet on Gerrans for the stage win, I cheered for Valverde in the final sprint. I'd rather lose the bet than see Green Edge take that win. For some reasin, I dislike the team a bit. Plus it was nice to see Valverde back and Movistar deserved that win. Madrazo on the last kms also did a great job.
Hoping Movistar are bluffing and they'll try to go after the bonus seconds, could make things exciting.

Anyone watching the stage tonight? I hope Matthews can win, since I bet on him.
Lots of splits today. Greenedge looks to have the control.

Yeah watching it. More interesting than normally on this stage imo.
Dont really believe in Matthew today though. At least not for the win. |

Basically Matthews is one of the world's best on an uphill sprint but is no more than average sprinter on a flat sprint.

I know, but if in the off chance he did win, the 4 PCM I put on him, would have got me about 20-30 back
I was also hoping for a lot of things to go right.

Matthews failing made me win some real money yesterday. Backed EBH over him on Willunga @1.80. A bit of a mistake by the bookie tbh.
After getting rich on PCM$ from Durbridge's TT victory, I've decided to bide my time during the TDU. Greipel and Valverde have been too obvious picks to bet on anyone else. Had a small amount on LLS for the overall, but he's been disappointing.

Yes! Gerrans just won me 56 PCM$ !
And so did Greipel. Unfortunately just two. Damn low odds.

Greipel again dominant, looking superb. I am pleased that Rogers is looking fit and back from injury and that EBH rode quite well with not really good form. And another Points Jersey for him.

Great weekend, just got back home from Adelaide.
Can we have a official PCMdaily bet on who will have the better season - Rogers or Pate
Well Done for GreenEDGE for winning their first Protour but i dissapointed that they didnt win a stage win, but their peformance on stage 4 made up for it.
Great Peformances from Rohan Dennis, William Clarke, Nathan Haas, Valverde, EBH and Gerrans, who so far is having a great season.
Shame someone tried to vandalise stage 4 by placing nails on the road for the Recreation Ride and the Protour.
lucky it got cleaned up well. Meglers Hill was pretty hard, escpecially when it's near the end of the stage
