You'd mean a separate trophy, then? |

Yeah, maybe to replace NES or adapt it? Just tossing some thoughts around

I'll think on it.
Four in Flanders could be a great initiative. Though the calendar is already pretty packed. Some races would need to disappear and others trophies shortened.
Not sure if this would be better than NES, though. Basically the entire cross season is a long Fout Hills tournament where you need to be consistent and peak perfectly |

Finally did a post Really excited about this race
Even though the next round of Bauer/Schiltz/Goldie/Everyone is better than Sylvain is going on (admittedly these riders are good but looking at most factors don't match Sylvain quite). What is that always about anyway?

Don't know where you get that from in the preview, though.
Lipawsky is listed among the favorites. and before that only Goldie and Vague are mentioned - Goldie because American week and he's biggest American rider of the moment and Vague because he's on a roll & last year's winner. |

Matt, Cook and someone else got mentioned near the end of the preview iirc and Vague mentioned everyone but him as well. I'm not complaining though.

Oh yeah, that piece.
Well the way I see it:
Cook and Vague always have to be mentioned. Can always be dangerous, whether in top form (Vague) or building form (Cook).
Mazzarelli is in top form at the moment.
Goldenberg is American in American Week.
I could easily mentioned Lipawsky, but then again I could easily mention Eldfjallsson, Dao, Listerijn, Schiltz... and then the list doesn't end
Though Lipawsky is a curious case. Caught between sub-top and top at times. Bit like Schiltz. Very able to win races, sometimes very strong. Other times subtop/mediocre

I hope to do the report either later today or tomorrow, since I'm gone a few days (probably) later. So maybe I can finish it before I leave.
Too late to send in tactics, though |

Yeah, fair enough I can understand why he's not always mentioned and I'd probably put Eldfjallsson ahead of him here anyway. Probably wouldn't of mentioned it if it wasn't for the worlds, etc. but I think the last thing you said sums up why it's hard. Either way, thanks.

Listerijn snubbed as well! Going to flip out and skip the race!
Spoiler He wasn't going anyway

Portland CX.
American week has kicked-off. Only three events this season instead of 4, but still worth while |

Noticed a mistake in the 1st post of the game thread: it says season 2015/2016 for this one's reports
And thanks for another brilliant race, Vague shows no signs of stopping apparently while Cook seems to have found some shape.

Matt, mistakes are my job
Anywho, great from Louis and Arthur but dissapointed by a no-show from Mark. Looking forward to Seattle, sorry for the continuing silence in the thread.

Well well look who's coming into form.. Hopefully smowz will get around one of these days to posting some stuff. I miss his activity quite a bit in the Game Thread.
Great race by Vague, already celebrating fourth victory. Seattle should be a blast. Also fantastic report, lots of little details, and nice to see Van Dyck slowly moving up the ranks.

Dubois has been doing really well recently, definitely need to get a post out soon by him. And a post NES round 1 post by Alessio is probably overdue also.
I'm hoping to find the time to get both done before the new year but I'm really busy for the next couple of weeks which doesn't help and MG Off season will come first when that bets back into the swing of things as I don't want to hold that up so I probably won't be posting as often as I'd like over the start of the new year.

Just to be clear that was said by Sylvain and not me, so please direct any hate to the game thread.

Actually with Vague I just wanted to say that Listerijn won't win with an outsider attack again, like last year. A bit sloppy written tho.
