A guy from Madrid is as much of a foreigner to Euskaltel as someone from Leipzig.

Earth-shattering signings right there
This. All the rest are clearly coming for the points, and Lobato could even grow to become a very useful rider (he's the only one who's signing for more than 1 year iirc), but Radochla?
Radochla brings more points this year than Mestre or Lobato counting 2012 results. He might be useful filler in classics, plus he can score points for them in German small races plus target end season for some wins.
Not the great signing ever obviosuly, but he can bring few points on board + plus he's alright sprinter and best than any Euskaltel had in 2012.
I highly doubt Euskaltel will race any German small races..

Frankfurt, Bayern - Rundfahrt. Those sort of races. Add to this end season races that gives Radochla / Schulze opportunities at least.

Why not? They have for the last few years.

Oh well, still Radochla might bring them few victories in the smaller races, so in a way he can be useful.
I highly doubt that. His best results this year is a second place on a stage in Oberösterreichrundfahrt, beaten by the amazing Fabian Schnaidt.
If he wins a single race in 2013, I'll be surprised.
He´s quite a talent actually. Won the U23 NCs as amateur and got stage wins in the La Tropicale Amissa Bongo, Tour of Qinghai Lake and Oberösterreichrundfahrt in his first pro season.

They have always been a good part of the Bayern Rundfahrt. And still every top10 for Radochla would be a good result for him actually.
Still remember the old PCM versions with Wiesenhof where Radochla was far better than Greipel or Ciolek there.
And actually I didn`t know that he was riding for Illes-Baleares once. So maybe he speaks some Spanish already which could be a factor pro Radochla. |

Here are the currently announced new recruits at Topsport Vlaanderen - Baloise, as they will be known next year:
Jasper De Buyst (from Bontrager) - 2011 Junior Belgian TT champion. Only 19.
Sander Helven (Neo Pro) - Won U23 Het Nieuwsblad and had a few other strong classics results, like 14th in U23 LBL.
Yves Lampaerts (Neo Pro) - U23 Belgian TT champ, 2nd at Paris-Roubaix Espoirs and some decent hilly results. Definitely someone to look out for.
Thomas Sprengers (Neo Pro, but was a stagiare at Lotto) - Won Tour de Liege (Nat. level race which is quite hard with a strong U23 presence)
Kenneth Vanbilsen (from An Post) - Won U23 Ronde van Vlaanderen ahead of Sean De Bie. 8th at the U23 WC.

Lampaerts is pretty good, I expect him at Ronde van West-Vlaanderen, where young riders always seem to ride well, for some reason |

But both in Madrid and in the (Spanish) Basque country, people speak Spanish as their first language, don't they ? Or does Euskaltel speak Basque for their every day business ? |

Hope to see Vanbilsen and Lampaert in some televised races next season. Both are very talented.

I think they use both, mostly Spanish though. But the point was that the "philosophy" of the team is equally broken by Lobato, Radochla or Serebryakov.
To illustrate my point, when Real Sociedad stopped with their only Basque policy, the changed to a only Basque and non Spaniards policy.

Seriously, even you should have understood that it´s not funny anymore. Especially when the transfer wasn´t confirmed before.

Ioannis Tamouridis rumoured to have sign for Euskaltel. I know they want points, but come on, isn't this an overeactament?
EDIT: Confirmed. Here's the link. https://ibanmayoblog.blogspot.pt
