I have another question concerning this DB. Maybe someone who played it.
There are riders included who were very young at the year of 1991. Like Ullrich. Which is cool i think. However, do these riders get better over the years? Cause in the dB editor it says for example that Ullrichs limit in climbing is 60. Does this mean Ullrich can never get betetr than 60? Do i have to change these values if i want riders like Ullrich to get better in a few years?

Ullrich has a potential of 8, meaning he'll improve a lot in the next few years on a career. As for a MO limit of 60, highly unlikely since he starts with MO 63 Wink Btw, not sure where are you looking, but remember that stat limits are only present in save-games, so if you're looking in the normal .cdb file you won't see them (because they're not generated).
