They wrote that because of the finish line confusion all riders will get same time regardless where did they crash.
as far as i understood, they just said that the times will come in delayed, because the bus damaged the timing devices at the finish line. |

Apparently the coach damaged the timekeeping equipment, according to the Lotto twitter feed. That's why confirmed results are taking ages to come in.
EDIT: Zabel'd!

What the hell was all that? Tour de France 100th edition: not the best start from the organization.
Deserved win by Kittel though! |

Crazy finish, but nicely done from Kittel. Easy to enjoy him winning.
Looked to me like Costa injured his hand in one of the crashes. Held it in a strange way and grimaced when he came to the finish.

I don't see Kittel as a 'pathetic' winner at all. He looks really thrilled, will be interesting to see if he can make it tomorrow.
Really sad to hear guys like Costa and Mollema could be hurt, don't really want to anyone crash out. Don't really understand mentality of people that do.

Kittel was just told in an interview that a bus blocked the finish line.
He didn`t know anything about that situation.
He wasn`t told during the race that they first planned to finish at the 3km mark. |

Hopefully the excitement level remains that high, if not the causes. Not seen any confirmed news on any big injuries so far, except possibly Costa's wrist.
It was eleven more than necessary.

He is thrilled because he won. And he won becuase the top sprinters crashed.
Also, he has no chance to hold tomorrow IMO. Those climbs will make the group a little select, and Kittel doesn't make selections.

Clarification that OGE bus driver doing what he was told to do. Not his or the teams fault. |

Unconfirmed reports that Tony Martin has broken his collarbone. There is an ambulance at the team bus. |
