No, that one can't be used, that was from a career from Nutter453.
And my own is edited a lot, you shouldn't ask mine

I already took a look earlier, it's 424KB, so should be the non-Anglo(since the Anglo DBs are 425kb  )

If you've gone as far as downloading, why not open in an editor/in-game? I've just checked and it's the Anglo version indeed. I don't think you can trust the 1~2 KB difference to define that
