Talansky, Bookwalter maybe. Or a big talent(e.g. Dombrowski, but they probably won't let him go + contract. Maybe Craddock?). And yes, hoped for Van Garderen, would fit perfectly, having Dutch roots and used to ride for Rabo CT. Or Phinney maybe.
And that was my point, I hoped Belkin was able to invest some money, since a lot of wages will, even in 2014, be paid by Rabobank, still.
I might be a bit overambitious, here.
@Miguel Would be great, haven't heard anything though.
Belkin is quite a big sponsor, but I doubt they even come close to matching BMC's budget. So take those riders out of equation.
Talansky is a possibility, realistic signing. Doesn't have much need to leave Garmin though.
Dombrowski? Makes non sense.
And I think Rabobank will only pay wages for 2013, due to the sudden leave from cycling. No way they will pay any of the wages after Belkin is confirmed main sponsor.
Yes, they will. Posted the link somewhere in the Cycling section a few days ago. Going to search for it I think.
And I said, Dombrowski probably doesn't make sense. But I just meant a talent.
I can see Rabo paying till end of 2013. But would be surprising for them to pay after 2013 finishes.
As a talent, Craddock is the best out there for them. We'll see how it goes for them.

They won't pay all the wages, but they still want to help with financing the team or something, I read. Hold on, will find my post somehow
And yeah, Craddock would be great.

Best hope for reinforcements for Raboblankin is riders like Poels, Ruigh or Markus if Vacansoleil can't find a new sponsor

If I read that article from AD correct, there will be probably a co-sponsor. So the demand of US-cyclists for Belking/Blanco will depend on that co-sponsor. And to be honest, I do believe that the co-sponsor will be Dutch.
Would be nice by the way to see Phinney replacing Boom for example. |

Raboblankin
And yeah, but it's not like I hope that Vacansoleil will collapse
And I'm almost sure that the team will get more international.

Here's the post. (sorry for double-post, editing didn't seem right for this imo)

Well, it seems so. Of course at least till the end of 2013, and they will at least 'help' in 2014 as well, not sure if all the contracts will be paid or just part of the wages.

Vaguely listed in this article(best I could find in a few minutes), but Dutch
Listed in the article, article isn't all about it though.
No exact arrangements, but it's certain that Rabo will keep helping in 2014.

If true, then that's a very nice gesture by Rabobank.

Which Americans do you rate better as Stetina?
There is Phinney/ Van Garderen -> way too expensive. There are Talansky and Farrar who I don't see leaving Garmin.
Then there are the Ex-postal riders Danielson, Zab and VdV who are way too old.
You can hope for some of the young talents like Craddock but no way they are going to Belkin over BMC or SKY.
Add Horner to the seond category.
Dombrowski?

Bookwalter or Busche, but they're too old to be potential world beaters.
Better do an English-speaking team or something like that before making it all American, if they wish to thrive on something like that. |

Trek are all but confirmed to take over Radioshack next year. Becca will apparently sell the WT license to them, as he doesn't want to sponsor the team anymore.
So far, I like what I'm reading. Trek wants to build the team around Cancellara, bringing in strong classics riders while the old Bruyneel leftovers (Klöden, Horner, etc) will leave.
And then the most interesting part. They want Andy to stay, but Frank will get kicked from the team due to his positive test. Could lead to Andy demanding to leave as well.

That would be a good thing for Andy if Frank was no longer on the same team

I wouldn't be too sure of that. He has said several times that he "never wants to race against Frank", so I find it more likely that he'd get upset and leave if the management decided to kick Frank off the team.
But yeah, he would do better without Frank if he realised it himself. The closest he has ever come to winning the Tour was the edition where Frank crashed out on stage 3.

It would be good for the Schlecks if they realise Andy is better and Frank so use Frank as a super-domestique instead of going for a 1-2 punch al the time.
Would be intresting which teams would want them or can afford them. I can only think of one.

Yeah Pelli I think Andy would leave if Frank gets dumped, Trek really do need to remove the dead wood from that team and Frank needs to be one of them to go. As for teams being able to afford the Schlecks, I see the value of both has dropped in the last year and unless Andy pulls a rabbit out of the hat @ Suisse and Le Tour (which won't happen) he can't expect as large of a paycheck, with Franks positive and he wasn't showing much before he got caught I see his value fall a large amount. Mind you this is cycling so someone most likely will pay a pretty penny for both

He almost did it in 2011 too. Evans just raped him in the TT XD. |

He didn't lose that Tour in the TT. Losing time to Evans there was expected.
He lost it because he was too scared of dropping Frank to carry out a major attack on Plateau de Beille and Alpe d'Huez, and more importantly because of his complete inability to descend (Gap).

Yeah, but the "non-attacking" is just theory. He lost time in the TT and in stages that ended with descents(I forgot that).
But yeah, I believe that if he had attacked on Plateau de Beille, and never had the idea of following Contador on the Telegraphe he could've won. But that's just too many "If's" |

Garmin's 3rd transfer to date, Phil Gaimon will move next season to the team.
Bit weird, but showed himself well in Tour of Gila this year.
So that's 3 in already ( Van Baarle, Lasse Norman Hansen and Gaimon ). They alreayd have 30 riders roster, so it's going be a busy window for them with many riders leaving too.

Klier is already out of the team so 29 now. No way they are continuing with Rosseler either.
