This is for 2012 equipment (from real teams), not to ask for fantasy frames. You should do that either in a new thread, or in an existing one related to that, or even PMing a frame-creator. But in advance it should be said that having custom equipment isn't as 'easy' as having custom shirts (few equipment creators, usually quite busy it seems). On the other hand, it's not much of a problem to not have custom stuff since the auto-color already does a partial job (and for me at least, good enough)
