I think that a matchmaking system would never happen, because that is the last thing Cyanide would want.
Bronze team vs Gold team -> getting owned -> $$$ -> Gold team -> Fun
Bronze team vs Bronze team -> Fun
See the difference?

Now, you see Vien. Bitching comes into part as PC community 
Call of Duty was rubbish at matchmaking the opponents, newbies were matched against pros. People bitched and we got dedicated servers. Cyanide will have to create good matchmaking system, if not this year, the next.
Exactly Ste117, this system can be very fun, but if this happens and the matchmaking will draw newbies v veterans or bronze v gold. This will never become successful.
And valv, indeed. But Armada is no UT and will never be. It's too limited. 1st is mainly stats based rather than skill. 2nd, UT has far higher players databse , you can trade, buy much more players and have more possibilities. 3rd, it's Cyanide. 4th....
It would be fun to have all Canadian bronze team in Armada, but when you're matched against random gold team - all the flavour and fun is gone.

Why is there no Australian TT championship, only a RR championship?

I have started a game in career mode with a custom team. I'm in may now and there has still not been a U-23 race.. Have you guys experienced any problems with the U-23 races? |

And what's the game got to do with that? 
Cyanide doesn't add many NCs.. in fact, there are only 6 TT NCs in the Official Release DB. For example, in the PCM11 PCMDaily Expansion Pack, all these NCs were added:

Yeah, that's what I'd guessed However, it still wouldn't make a 100% sense, since the Aus RR is also held in January

Does anybody still have that problem that the whole peloton is still together on the last climb of a mountain stage?
I'm currently playing the giro and in every mountain stage almost the whole peloton is still together on the last climb, that so not realistic. I thougt that the last patch would fixed that problem?

Could it be possible that you have the option inactive AI or so and are not doing anything on your own?
I never had this bug. Even when I do the pace with low mountain riders some riders already lose contact and when stronger riders start to work it`s quite realistic. |

Yeah, I noticed the same. Career mode its all great, but single stage, and you get a huge autobus because the peloton kinda gives up after the top 50 or so riders go ahead!
