Nah, there was a thin hilly rode, and he was at the front because he'd been working for Astana, he basically just ended up at the front by pure luck!

The TTT was a hard fought affair, with many teams setting a high pace early, Movistar were the early leaders, but they were beaten by several teams, with Sky eventually taking the victory 2' ahead of Leopard.
Out TT team was far from the best we can offer, however we could limit losses, and managed to take 8th place, just 35" back.

The club is proud to announce the latest signing in this transfer window!
The Costa Rican Stage Racing talent - Greg Brenes!
We found him on a scouting mission early in the year, and have been keen to get him onto the roster for next season, as a replacement for Danny Pate, who is sadly intending to leave for a role as team leader in Kelly-Benefit.
As such, the young 23 year old, will join us from the end of the season, riding as a team mate for main leaders, and will be offered chances to get involved riding as leader in some smaller races throughout the year too.

A good start to the Tour. Lance showing up good in stage 1 and a fair result in stage 2 (short TTT are very weird in game, a Top 10 is good). How are Lance's stats? Has he declined/improved (why not dream )?

His MO is up to 79, and obviously his recovery is 81, as people recommended i change it to that, otherwise very similar, not too much decline yet (always good )

The stage is another flat one today, we should see another mass sprint finish, as there is no where for a late break to escape.
The morning break was a large one, 12men, surprisingly, included in the break were some top sprinters, such as Bennati and Greipel.
The break never threatened the race, one rider, a Vacansoleil man, tried a final ditch attack as the break came back under the 20" mark, but with 15km to go, it was all back together, headed for a bunch sprint.
Farrar found the wheel of Hushovd, as a large line of sprinters began to form, we also had Fast Freddy on the wheel of Swift, because Tyler wasn't feeling great as we passed the 8km mark.
However, once again, the sprinters train was blocked out, and they couldn't get forwards, the guys who had been leading the relay were well positioned, and only Boonen, Engoulvent and Pozzato had any chance of getting round.
Engoulvent of Saur Sojasun takes it on the line, just ahead of Boonen who was at this point, thundering along, both our sprinters were just to blocked to fight for the stage, but a gap did open for the Canadian NC Dominique Rollin , who managed to take 8th place, giving Exxon something from the day.

The last 2 flat days, I've tried to get onto the main sprinters train, because My leadout line isn't that powerful, and then that train has peetered out, and the guys who just happened to be at the front have won each time...

So, since you have two sprinters, position one of them on the wheel of the relaying dudes on the next stage
This Tour should suit Armstrong since 3 key stages come in the final week. Especially if the favorites do like irl and do absolutely nothing in the first two MTFs

Indeed that is my plan, though it may not be on the next stage, as this one has a sharp uphill final 1.5km, so it will most likely be another odd finish!

To all those who may be wondering, No I haven't forgotten this, Im just getting really hacked off with the TdF. Every stage seems to crash 4-5times before i get it to play throughj, so trying to report on it is proving a complete pain, hopefully will get next day up tonight, depending on whether it will co-operate.

Stage 4 shouldn't be too challenging for any team to control, though with a steep 1.6km finish up the Mur De Bretagne unlikely to create big gaps, but it will be our first opportunity to get a look at the form of the climbers.
We got Chad Beyer into an 11man breakaway today, a group which got free after 16km of racing. Once again we saw some sprinters join the group, such as Bonnet, and Matt Goss.
Only one rider was particularly interested in taking an early grasp on teh Polka-dot, Gregory Rast of Radioshack won all 3 checkpoints, meaning he would down the KOM jersey into tomorrows stage.
Nothing further happened until the 20km mark when the break was caught, Goss made a second dig, but he was caught with 15km to go. The climbers then started to mass near the front, preparing for the final fight.
With 3km to go, Contadors poor fitness was showing, he was only around halfway up the pack, and in a desparate dig to move close to the front, he slipped and fell! Alberto Contador is out of Le Tour De France! On only his 7th racing day of the year, in a season which has been plagued by bad luck, Contador his the deck and broke his arm, he will be out until mid-september, his worst season ever?!?
Back at the front, the sprint was starting, Armstrong had already used a lot of effort moving up the pack, a fact made clear as the sprint started and he began to slip back down the pack, whilst at the front with 1.3km was Cancellara, in front of Leipheimer.
Under the flamme rouge and Nibbles has come from seemingly no where! Evans and Mosquera are closest, but Vicenzo will be hard to beat, can tehy catch him in time?
250m to go, and the order is starting to change, Boonen is right up there, and is flying, will he come past Evans and Nibali? Cadel meanwhile has closed to Vicenzo who seems to be feeling the effects of his early sprint...
Cadel takes it on the line! The Australian NC had to fight hard for this one, but he can celebrate beyond the line. A stage for BMC, with Nibali 2nd, and Boonen just behind in 3rd.
Armstrong holds onto the top 20, not bad considering he came from position 85ish with 4.4km to go! we pick up 3 top 20 spots, and the Green jersey changes hands for the first time in the race, Boonen takes over the Maillot Vert from Gasparotto, here in brittany.
