Trentino has been somewhat OK-ish so far, although Chamorro was a bit disappointing in stage 2. Seems to have missed the right move. Was then probably the strongest, but not the smartest on day 3 - taking 2nd is still a nice result. Let's hope he can move up some more spots on the final day!
Our U23 sprinters once more pretty disappointing in ZLM, with Cruz only getting 10th. However, I wonder what happened to the rest of the team, as they all finished in the very last group. Guess Espinosa had a puncture and everyone bar Cruz waited for him?

Our u23s did not do well at GP Palio, but we seem to be more of a classics team there anyway.

Good comeback race for the cobbles squad in Rheden. 3rd is great for Lavery, and Langlois's 7th justifies his participation. Cossette up there too.

Romero is pretty solid on the cobbles, 6th in Rheden is another OK result. Zabel in 11th is decent as well.
However, we're clearly lacking the outstanding results so far, both in classics and in stage races. Maybe Chamorro can still do something in Trentino ^^
Btw, I just wondered how it's possible that Lavery and Romero MartÃnez have exactly the same AVG, with the former having +7 Spr and +4 Acc with an otherwise very similar skillset? That advantage gives the former way more scoring chances... I guess his Spr is just too low to really be taken into account for AVG calculation? Still trying to figure out how those are calculated; here I guess if Cob is your highest main stat, everything else can come close to it without having an impact on AVG?
Not meant as a criticism by any means, just trying to figure out how I should develop my own riders to get the most out of them

could be that lavery counts as a sprinter in the db, i think they have a race day bonus

@Shonak: That's a different matter. Indeed, sprinters get up to +6 RD for the same AVG as other riders. I could have developed Sagan to HIL 78 but he would have turned into a puncher and lost those extra race days, I decided those are worth more.
@Fabianski: It's generally true of any main stat. The other stats do make some difference. Dibben jumped from 75.6 to 76.0 just because his HIL went from 72 to 73. Generally "hybrids" can keep their AVG and thus wage low, but it might take longer until that rider starts scoring well.
Compare more riders to get a clearer picture. You can also go back to the last dev file, you can select any rider from any team and see how the AVG changes depending on the path you choose.

Chamorro gaining two spots in the final two stages in Trentino is nice, but missing out on the podium by 3" sucks... now that narrowly missed stage win on day 3 hurts even more
However, can't be mad about losing out to 3 WT riders, and I guess it was pretty much our best result in a CT.1 stage race so far!
The support was clearly not very good, but Biró ending 7th in the U25 standings is still nothing to scoff at.
Now let's try to keep the train rolling, and hopefully score some nice points from Colombia Team GP as well!
@Ripley
Thanks for the hint with playing around with the development file. I had forgotten that it updates the AVG as well, and I hadn't realized before that hybrids are valued much less than in MG.
I'd however be glad if Bikex could include the RD formula as well, as I obviously trained Zabel too hard on the hills, so he lost his sprinter RD bonus I hope I can somehow "fix" him next offseason

Very good Amstel for us! On the darker side we hoped for the GC win for Kelderman at Trentino, sadly he could not deliver on that promise.

Lasse Norman Hansen so close to a sensational result in the 3 Days of De Panne, still a great performance. Sagan 7th in Amstel Gold, good enough, maybe not quite in top form, kept to the back of the group the whole time.
@Fabianski: Here's how you can tell if a rider is a sprinter: Check the AVG tab in the dev file. If the number in column X is 4 he is (or remains) a sprinter.

Our race was ruined on stage 1, so the end of De Panne doesn't matter too much. Thanks for the results though!

6th is fine for Yates in Amstel given the strength of the field.

Bit of a mixed bag for us recently. Verona with a few Top 5s in stages in Trentino but cracking on the final stage for 12th overall.
Fairly good result in Rheden with Boothroyd 8th and Martinez 15th.
Otherwise not our busiest period but do need to pick up the act a bit if we want to compete for WT!

and
Giro del Trentino
That super steep climb was too much for Crochet despite an heroic effort from Hepburn to keep him in contention dropping to 6th overall.
Great result for Allianz which backs up my prediction of them as title contenders.
Amstel Gold Race
Bardet barely able to beat his domestique, 15th is a rubbish result, there were 3 Grupo Argos riders in front of him! Bardet needs to up his game or I am really going to regret not sending him to 2 Grand tours.
Kwiatkowski delivering for my top team prediction Qatar Airways.
Thanks for the great videos Shonak even if they were frustrating to watch for me

Definitely liking the start in 4 Jours! Langlois in yellow and green is perfection. Just hope he can hold it over the hills and cobbles tomorrow.

Can't complain about Sagan finishing 9th in Fleche Wallone, but our team is even weaker than I feared. Again, zero support for Sagan, nobody else in the top 50.
