What is the other list? Is that voted for riders who are not suitable for the team? What is the full list like?
The list is for the riders, that missed out tightly. So far they are:
Gastauer
Drucker
Martens
Geschke
Herklotz
van Baarle
Kroon
Keukeleire
Vermote
P.Velits
Eiking
Ahlstrand
They will have a chance to join the team later... |

Contract Trip #7 - Switzerland
We go to Switzerland, wher Thomas rode last year and Jens is very well known.
We need one rider from Switzerland for our sponsor Tissot. Someone whou could help Frank and Laurent in the mountains would be great.
Your Task!
Imaganie riders that can help us. Comment them down here :) |

Swiss Cyclists, don't think I missed anyone except Cancellara, but we'll never sign him Steve Morabito is my main suggestion, he will be a really good domestique in the mountains, as he was for Cadel Evans in 2011
Steve Morabito
Mathias Frank (IAM)
Michael Albasini (Probably Too Good)
Michael Schar (BMC)
Danilo Wyss (BMC)
Marcel Wyss (IAM)
Martin Elmiger (IAM)
Sylvan Dillier (BMC)
Gregory Rast
Johann Tschopp
Sébastien Reichenbach (IAM
Stefan Küng (BMC)
Reto Hollenstien (IAM)
Marcel Aregger (IAM)
Pirmin Lang (IAM)
Jonathan Fumeaux (IAM)
Jans Zimmerman
Fabial Roth
Simon Pellaud (IAM)

Think about the fact that it´s hard to get riders from BMC and IAM, due to the fact that they are both WT-Teams based in Switzerland...
Albasini is a little too strong for us as a domestique ;) |

Contract Trip #7 - Switzerland
Not really many participants this round, maybe due to a lack of options in Switzerland. Thx to trekbmc we have some quality proposals.
In addition to trekbmcs thoughts I will add Dylan Page. He is riding for Roth-Skoda at the moment, and could be interesting as a talent. Dylan lately surprised us with good results in the one-day-races at Mallorca.
We have Gregory Rast from Trek, who could be a road captain. The problem is that he is the most valuable domestique for Cancellara, and in our team he would be similar to Burghardt.
Steve Morabito would be a mountain rider between Frank and Laurent. We would battle with FDJ to sign him.
Johann Tschopp decided to leave IAM for mountainbiking, but maybe we could get a deal with him, so that he signes with us, having a more free role than at IAM.
Arnaud Grand had good years as an under 23 rider, we could be a chance for him...
Fabian Lienhard is current u23 champion of Switzerland, and someone for the future.
Mirco Saggiorato could be a well-needed mountain domestique, had his main success in 2013. Signed for 2014 with Stölting, but couldn´t deliver there as good as the year before.
Couldn´t find Roth and Zimmermann anywhere :/
More suggestions from the management this time :D

Contract Trip #7 - Switzerland
We signed Johann Tschopp! His strength in the mountains will be a great factor for our team, to make it a little stronger on this terrain.
After riding for IAM he decided to go for mountainbiking, but we managed to influence him on turning his judgement around, signing a contract with us for road cycling. Tissot is very happy about Johann especially with that mountains jersey on the Romandie last year.
Current Squad
| Frank Schleck | Leader | | Lieuwe Westra | Leader | | Marcus Burghardt | Co-Leader | | Bob Jungels | Co-Leader | | Kristof Vandewalle | Co-Leader | | Rick Zabel | Talent Free-Role | | Mathieu van der Poel | Talent Free-Role | | Petr Vakoc | Talent Free-Role | | Patrick Gretsch | Pro-Domestique | | Laurent Didier | Pro-Domestique | | Jelle Wallays | Pro-Domestique | | Lasse Hansen | Pro-Domestique | | Johann Tschopp | Pro-Domestique | | Julian Kern | Domestique | | Alex Kirsch | Domestique | | David van der Poel | Domestique | | Martin Velits | Domestique | | Sebastian Balck | Domestique |
We keep Dylan Page in mind.
Now we have to discuss about our future schedule. I think we should leave out the Baltic States and come here one year later, but if you think in an other way just tell it. Our roster is pretty full and we still have some riders from around the world and our list to sign.
Your task!
Discuss whether we should leave the Baltic States out for now or not?

I think get one from the Baltic states as an absolute leader, co-leader or superdomestique, for example Taarame.

Yeah, I think we should just get one rider from the Baltic states.

But than i would say domestique or super-domestique, remember we are a PCT-Team, and we have strong names on our list...so I would say more someone like Martin Laas or that kind of rider...

Yeah, that's what I meant, not a leader and probably not a super-domestique.

Only ones I can think of would be Rene Mandri (if he's not retired), Alexjs Saramontis (spelling) and Konavolovas (again spelling).
All could do good domestique work plus add something to sprints, cobbles and TT respectively

A guy like Navardauskas would tick all the boxes as an all-around big name but not full leader, but he may be out of reach

Bagdonas may be a good allround domestique.

Egidijus Judovalkis - experienced domestique and lead-out man
so we have:
Mandri
Laas
Saramontis (pro)
Smukulis
Skujins (talent)
Liepins
Konovalovas (pro)
Bagdonas (pro)
Judovalkis
