1. Copy/pasted, must not have worked for some reason
2. I had 818 points. It adds up to 818
3. I assume you haven't seen the Tour reports?  In Season Break 2 I went beast mode on Meyer which made him really good in the Tour. Mountai, hill and TT are all where I want them to be, and now I'm upgrading the secondary stats.

3. no, I haven't seen the tour. I should read through them though. Anyway, that makes sense now.
EDIT: From the start I learnt that whenever a race even goes sort of okay for BMC/Brewers it has to be re-done. (see Montreal or Quebec or whichever one I did as well)

EDIT : You have to use 443 points to get these stats, as it's = 310,1
EDIT 2 : "443 x 0,7 = 310,1" The last number tells you how many points you can upgrade with and the first tells you how many you've used

He's right you know. Checked the mats myself with a calculator and Shonaks excel thing. Also you had 3 left on Meyer
