This is all the funnier since all Tour tests came back negative
It's clear that Iglinskiy didn't dope at Tour, but fully concentrated his EPO efforts on Brussels Cycling Classic and Tour of Almaty it seems.

This makes me even more suspicious of the testing conditions at the Tour.

Didn't he win Tour of Almaty?
Stupid stuff. This proves testing at the Tour sucks as fuck. |

Well he did last year, Tour of Almaty this year is coming up in 4 days soo... And if Astana follows MPCC rules they can't ride in their only pro home race
On another note Cunego just joined University of Verona. Lombardia last race I think.

Good for him! He just doesn't have it anymore but he's embracing it and not making it a a huge deal, so he can move on.

Nice for Cunego. Always though he should have targeted classics more than GT's, but still an awesome rider to see in his best year. |

Team Stölting won`t be PCT as planned.
Due to financial reasons they decided to stay in CT and build a team around Herklotz.
This might be one of the reasons why Bauhaus decided to leave the team. |

No, his sample is from 1. August and San Sebastian was on 2. August. Brussels is about a month later. https://www.uci.ch...nglish.pdf
Maybe Vino put on pressure after him not doing enough in Tour for Nibali. Maybe he was forbidden to dope at Tour due to it being way bigger news at le Tour than during the rest of the year. But anyway, Tour testing must be questioned and improved anyway, no news on that front.

Well to be fair to Gaspa he was consistent in these classics way before 2012 and has been consistent after that. He's dodgy, but at least he has quite good results since he turned pro in 2005.

Yep. One of those riders I really liked when he was at his best.

Wondering if Nibali will be rewarded the LbL win in 12´then.
Perhaps it's been just a little bit too long. I hope iglinsky losses it, he has always been dodgy :/

Oh my, let's see if they only talk the talk, or if they also walk the walk now. Will be interesting.
It will be very interesting indeed, the MPCC code stood up well when Lampre pulled Horner from La Vuelta so now with this will be the real test, I have my doubts that Astana will stop racing which basically throws the MPCC and there code under a bus

Still on the doping thing, is that not 6 EPO positives in the last 10 weeks?

Good interview with Walter Planckaert (manager of Topsport Vlaanderen) on Sporza today. He's actually quite happy about 6 of his best riders leaving, as it gives the team pride of their work and he really thinkt they can get far. This was obviously the best year for Topsport, dominating the rankings and getting a few nice wins.
Still, it's sad to see the team fall apart next year. I fear they'll be back to getting tv-time in the breakaway.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Can't find the link on Twitter now :/ but something like almost all of the last 10+ adverse findings have been EPO - I'm hoping it's picking up micro dosing - surely not that many people could be that stupid otherwise...maybe... |

They should check if he had doped that year even though we all know how it went.
