He should. It riders get disqualified from using foul tricks in sprint then why not by holding and pulling a motorbike up the mountain.
Because there's nothing like that in the rulebook? |

OMG what's your problem guys?
Doped?? He was in good rythm after the Giro and reccupated in the first two weeks.
Bad form?? Why? No crashes+ good rythm after a steady training like the Giro=GOOD form.
Disqualification?? He just pulled himself for a second. It wouldn't have changed anything. He should just be fined with no more than 500Euro

AG2R should place everything behind Peraud, should stop stupid attacks with Bardet. He can get 3rd now. |

I am so sick of this. Why do they not want stage wins? It's absurd.

What a little showman that Majka, don't like it really but yeah... He acted like a dick today, in my opinion.
Good stage by Mollema and Ten Dam again, 7th and 8th now! Really good!
Peraud crazy good for a 37y old. |

Now we know how strong TST would have been had Contador been there.
Didn't the allknowing Jacdk say they had a weak team?
Dont forget that the team couldn´t limit the loss for Contador on the 5th stage
But the team do look like they would have been there in the mountains, but looking at Nibali, would it have mattered.
True, but the whole discussion in the earls part of the tour was if TST would be there in the mountains, which they clearly would have. But year, still think Nibali would have been too strong with that head start from stage 5
Yep, that was the debate back then and i have no problem in admitting that i was wrong, but who knows how they would have been if they had to drive each day for Contador.
But great ride and another great win for Saxobank, losing contador was a blow but they sure have come back strong. |

They realise Nibali is clearly the strongest out of the main favourites and so if it's left to them to win the stage it will be him; and he's already got 3 stage wins so he's happy enough.

Impressive by Majka. Peraud has never climbed as well as in this Tour.
Yes I'm back, my laptop was broken. |

Even as a Dane (who previously was cheering for Team Saxo Bank) I do find it extremely suspicious how Majka can go from being downright atrocious in the first two weeks to then go and dominate the mountains as he pleases. Especially as he has never won a single stage before; in fact, in the past years I have never seen him make a single attack before this past weekend.
In addition to that; having the energy to wink at the camera several times during an exhaustive climb where everyone else is on their limits just seems to be a little too much. |
