Nice job
I thought about v1, v2 etc, but decided to do it differently. This way I have about a 2 hill - 1 flat ratio (with exceptional mountain), and I don't risk having the same profile twice in two years. (I've had 4 Vuelta variants last year and in 4 years I only saw 2 ) |

Well, if I have 22 WC variants, the chances to see the same one twice is very small

Update on my Huawei - Malaysia career:
The team's home-race, Tour de Langkawi, was a big success!
Sayar(72MO/71HI) managed to hang on in the mountains. He was in top-form. Of course, he couldn't keep up with Niemiec & Gadret, but he got 5th, that's amazing!
Next sponsor goal was Istrian Spring Trophy. 10th was the goal. Yet, the team(hilly & sprint team 2 came into play from there) was in bad form. Lutsenko(66MO/72HI) reacted to late on the queen stage(stage 2 to Labin). That proved to be decisive. 11th on the GC, so missing out on the goal...
But the real success came at Volta ao Alentejo.
It contains 4 flat and 1 hilly stage(last one). Though 2 of the flat stages were slightly uphill. Lutsenko, granted with a decent(66) sprint ability as well, manage to podium both of those. Also, I sent my best climber from the race(Mizbani, 69/68) in 3 of the breaks, the ones with the most KoM points. He managed to grab the jersey! Though he couldn't be of much use in the last stage, since he was too tired by then.
Anyway, after Lutsenko collected some bonification seconds, he was positioned better in the GC than most other puncheurs/climbers.
In the hilly stages, the peloton split in a lot of parts. Luckily, sprinters like Haedo & Groenewegen(2 GC leaders) were dropped in time. Lutsenko managed to stay in Acevedo(75MO/73HI)'s wheel. It cost a lot of energy though and as a result, Lutsenko was empty, and couldn't outsprint Acevedo. so 2nd. Yet, due to the boni's, Lutsenko won the GC.
So 1st GC & 1st KoM(and U25 ofc). Big success for the team.
Team is at 31th in the CQ ranking now. Promotion is a serious option.
Also, I really like this career. It's completely different than most careers I do(Bringing a American/Italian/Dutch/Colombian/Australian custom team to the top.). Now I don't bring just the team to the cycling top, but the whole continent to the cycling top.

Also, I haven't added the variants by year, just v1, v2,---,v18. So that's it's a surprise which one I get each year.
A surprise will be when the RR is hosted on France and the TT in Japan (that's the main reason why the Worlds variants are usually pre-defined by years, instead of going random like most other variants).

i got a question about pcm daily db
if i will download and copy files/install patch,i will get and real names for sponsors?
i don't like epsi,prefer real name pepsi
It doesn't. There's a thread in Cya forum that lists all the sponsors, so with Excel editor + ctrl-c ctrl-v you can do it in a couple of minutes. But there's little point since the jerseys and graphics will still be wrong and since career mode is unplayable...

Yes, I know lluuiiggii
Well, I just tell myself that they fly to another continent in the 3 days in between.
I don't really want to predefine them(myself), I want it to be a surprise to me.
It is unrealistic though, I agree

Nice going Jesleyh....
After the new patch(..0..2) i wanted to start a "real" game, my first game were with Sky, so i wanted to start from the bottom(or nearly)...
I have started a game with Rabobank(development team). my ambition is to be a Pro-tour team in time for a new sponsor(three years)---
To do this i felt i needed some sprinters for some easy points. so i changed my goals(not through editor) to get more money so my monthly sponsor fee changed from 43 -> 70 K.. sadly i haden´t see that some of the riders on free had doping bans, therefor i pay Denis Galimzyanov and Alexander Serebrykov, even though i can¨t use them for at least 1.5 season... ... put i also signed some more useful rideres (JJ Haedo, Scheirlickxx, Craddock, Herklotz and Quaade)...
At the date 17/03... i am currently leading the continental(i only play on normal) ranking with 606 point, the runner up has 266 point....
A lot of my points have been won by "Daan Olivier" through these results
- Le Tour de Langkawi(1)(Kom)(U25)(1stage)
- Istrian Spring Throphy(2) (kom)(Spr)(u25)(2stage)¨
in account to the sponsor goals, so far i have played 5, succeeded in 3, acceptably in 1 and failed 1(the most importend)..
My goal is to keep this ration, because this equals a 100 % happy sponsor
do you know how much balances can change during seasons when you have the same sponsor and your not extending, but just keeping on the same contract? |

Been playing with a U-26 custom side that is almost completely European (Besides Quintana and another Columbian whos name escapes me).
1 win so far in the TT at the Étoile de Bessèges and I also won the Mountain comptetion at that race with Ulussi. At the tour of Mallorca Viviani finished second behind Gripel in the first stage (Due a little bit of poor timing on my part)
Very happy with how things are looking so far and I'm building well towards a personal goal of winning Strade Bianche with Moser as well as getting a stage or 2 at the Tour with Pinot/Rolland/Bouhani.
On a side note: I've noticed in the sprints that you need to start sprinting alot later this year otherwise you just burn-up before the line. I'm still getting used to that and the fact that attacking on mountains is actually beneficial these days. |

You're doing nice as well!
Though I don't really like the identity change you gave to Rabo CT, too many nationalities, to be honest. That might be because I really like the Rabobank development team A bit overpowered (results) as well.
But road to PT seems under way nicely
Not sure about the sponsor question, haven't got to that point yet.
@Schleckfreak It's better to do that yourself. You never learn it for the future if you don't do it yourself, and you get a lot more motivation later in the season if you have a planning you are perfectly satisfied with. Also,'its not that hard, you just have to do it and it'll speak for itself after some practice.

you are right about the nationalities, but to me its more about results than nationality... i know its not realistic or anything.. when my contract is up for renewal in 2017, i will properly sign some big corporate firm, and ther by destroy the Rabobank brand in cycling, if not they offer me a very good contract.. sorry |

I have not started a career yet, but I have a question.
I've heard that some riders get unhappy (even if he is "happy" with his program). But what's the effect of a unhappy rider in the race? Are his performance not as good as normal?

I'm in a career with OPQS and I'm nearing the end of February, where most riders will become unhappy, I'll let you know if there is a big effect or not! |

And, by the way, Cavendish is so lovely dominating Won every flat stage so far with him (Tour Down Under all flat stages + all flat stages in Bessèges, which he even won because of all the boni!). Boonen had less luck in Qatar |

Well, I got to March with Madison Genesis and every rider was either unhappy or annoyed. Did Kattekoers on hard and finished 2-3-6-10! Yeah, I know, gutted!
Bibby was one of the annoyed riders and he went on a solo attack for thirty km and was caught with 500m to go (he finished 6th). So I don't think it has too much of an effect. |

I guess it'll mostly matter when you try to offer them a new contract, might be tough to do that... |
