I think my patch will not be released in the time for the next PCM Daily DB.
It's a long work to replaced all graphics (Backgrounds, Button, cursor etc...)
It will be ready at the end of September.

It's normal, you use a DB with modified flags.
You must rename the flags. |

Just a question, I'm trying to make a logo, but the background is always white, instead of being transparent, like with your logos but if I open both of them up, they look identical with white background and then the logo.
I must be saving it wrong.

In case you're saving it in .tga, you need to fill the transparency in the Alpha Channel. At least in Photoshop, you can 'find' the Alpha Channel in the next menu, next to the layers one. There'll be 4 color layers, and then the Alpha Channel. If you don't have it click "add new layer" on the bottom, then it'll appear

You need to fill the transparency: paint in white the parts that should appear, leave black the parts that shouldn't Open one of Zecha's logos and you'll see it. A useful way to fill the Alpha channel is ctrl + clicking image layer, this will create a selection with the layer, then you just go in alpha and paint the whole selection white. Additionally, you could save it as .dds, which automatically fills the Alpha (and depending on the case does it better than the above method) and then later save it as .tga.

€: Nevermind. The names have to be adjusted to the .dds files, not the tga files. Problem solved.
€2: There are some (5) flags missing (compared to the PCMDaily DB) though, aren't they? I mean, it's countries like panama and romania, so it doesn't really matter, I just wanted to make sure I didn't overlook something.

Personally, I made my logo with photoshop and I save it in PNG format.
After that, I open Paint.NET and I convert the logo in TGA or DDS format.
@cunego59 : What DB do you use ?

I use the PCMDaily Expansion pack. The thing is that the country_flags folder of the EP has both tga and dds files. Yours has only tga files. Your files are named like the tga files, so mostly the French names (algerie, syrie etc.). They have to be named like the dds files, though (so algeria, syria etc.). At least that worked for me.
