Just looked at those GT Leaders shirts and they're very weird. The transferts will just cover the logos and look weird. Usually there are no team logos on the shirt, and what he requested was to have the pants edited with logos on them, like here.

This is the way he requested them, so that is how he got them

@jseadog: Why go through a hassle if Nutter can just ask fcancellara for the jerseys? Afterall he must still have the psd-file. All you do with that request is putting mork work on yourself which another shirtmaker can do within minutes, whereas you will nedd about an hour or more just to recreate...
@nutter: Why niot ask fcancellara for the natuional championshirts? He has the file of your jersey with all the different layers (representing the different shapes) i guess (if not that would be a bit careless) and can do it with little input. Jseadog has to (as mentioned above) create the whole jersey just for a few minor changes (adding the nat. champ. template) which will cost him an awful lot of time (and from my experience nerves) to do it. Plus it is a little disrespectful to ask somebody else other than fcancellara first...

Just because he is away on holiday, doesnt mean that you shouldnt contact him first if it is ok. Its different if the creator is no longer active (as happened with rasm who did a lot of jerseys but is no longer active. Thus there is no point in contacting him)...
EDIT: And just for the record, fcancellara is not inactive for the time being. He was online yesterday (which you could have checked yourself by clicking on his profile)...
