You could always try leaving a rounded border around the logo, or adding a pettern to the logo? this would mean you could use the whole thing more easily
Of course, it's your jersey, but just a thought as to how it might work

No, i literally mean, just around the letters, you could do it with masking and create a layer over the top, to leave a small rounded edge around each of the letters and the logo

I am probalby the worst structured shirt-maker when i comes to layers. ANFreeman taught me a lot when we collaborated, but I am still useless at it.

Design: Europcar's 2011 kit. Saxo Blue shirt and white pants

Could you do these in the Katusha 2012 NC style?
Needed: Shirt, Mini, Logo, Transfert
Main sponsor SAS (On the front)
Second Sponsor DnB NOR (on the pants and on the backside of the shirt )
Co Sponsor IKEA (a small IKEA logo on the front, above the SAS logo)
Side sponsor + Material sponsor - Scott
Shirt manufracturer Santini (a logo small logo on the front, a lot of small logo's on the front above the SAS logo like this
