@roturn: Thanks! And yep, the route is disappointing, unfortunatelly. For me as a stagemaker, it was better this way, but the stages are far too similar (using the same roads every day) and easy, imo.. Still... I will post the release another time, so that no one will miss this PLUS: Below, there's another update of my Tour de San Luis! Some people asked for replacing the narrow roads on the two finish-climbs (Stage 2 and 5). So I've updated the climbs now.. better roads, better slopes I don't think, the stage-data changed that much, but you better check it before replacing the old stages.
New Zealand Cycle Classic (Original Route 2012)
Here's the New Zealand Cycle Classic 2012.. it's a race in and around Palmerston North, and it looks quite flat.. if you want to use this race in your DB, I would recommend to use only 5 or 6 riders (max) per team, and you may set the 2nd and 3rd stage as hilly, even though the stage-data says it's flat (and I don't know, if it would make any difference in gameplay).. all of the stages are rated as flat by the game, and that's by reason (Note: I set the KoM- and Intermediate-Sprints by myself, in order to make the race a bit more interesting).. Still, I hope some people will enjoy this work!
Stages and Profiles:
Spoiler S1: Massey University (ITT)
S2: Palmerston North - Apiti - Palmerston North
S3: Palmerston North - Kimbolton - Palmerston North
S4: Palmerston North
S5: Palmerston North Circuit

Thanks. Great work, boring route.
Might be harder to win. Coming early in the season and with the weak field I found I could stick a couple of competent climbers in my team and pretty much control the old route. On the flat route you will have to win sprints and control break-aways on a flat course which I think is harder to guarantee early in the season unless I am willing to invest in sending a really good sprinter. But I don't think New Zealand is where Tyler Farrar will want to be in January.
Thanks again. You did it so fast it will be a while before I get back to the beginning of the season to see how it goes. |

@Ulrich Ulriksen: You're welcome. Maybe this quite boring route will make the race more challenging for you Hope, you'll enjoy it..
I made the SRAM Tour of the Gila for PCM10 a while ago and now converted the race into PCM11.. it's the original 2011-route, but as far as I unterstand, it should be the 2012-route as well. Feel free to test, enjoy and comment on this one
SRAM Tour of the Gila (USA, Original Route 2011/12)
The Profiles:
S1: Mogollon Road Race
S2: Inner Loop Road Race
S3: Tyrone (ITT)
S4: Downtown Silver City Criterium
S5: Gila Monster Road Race

tsmoha: The Jayco Herald Sun Tour-file isn't downloadable on rapidshare. Could you upload it again?
The same thing is with Tour of Wellington

Thanks - and great work.
I also saw the GP d'Ouverture La Marseillaise. Could you also reupload that one?

Of course, Rauling
Here's three classics with updated links (I start to hate multiupload for "deleting" all my files there..):
#1 GP Marseillaise 2011: https://www.mediafire.com/?ddhmfof5az5...of5az5041u
#2 Rund um Köln 2011: https://www.mediafire.com/?wa8zzd2k0pu...d2k0puhlzi
#3 Siebengebirgs Classic (Fantasy): https://www.mediafire.com/?8e29wmajq8n...majq8nhehn
(I may update some more links later.. but I guess, some races like my Tour of Austria 2011 will be included in PCMDaily-DB as well?! Haven't checked it yet)
@viktorin: To add a logo, you simply have to copy the logo to your "PCM Main folder/gui/race_logo/".. then you have to edit your DB with an editor like Lachis Editor or Fast Editor and fill in the logo-name (for example: marseillaise) in a field called CONSTANT (in STA_race)..

Hmm.. I can't open the GP Marseillaise 2011 in the stage viewer. I have tried in both PCM10 viewer and PCM11 viewer.

@Rauling: Just checked it on my computer, and it works fine.. so I don't know Where did you save the stage-files, btw? Did you already save them into CM-stages-folder? If yes, that may be the reason (happened to me, sometimes).. if the problem still occurs, please let me know.

I have the files in a folder in my desktop. I have only tried this two times. First time was with second stage from the Tour of Turkey made by Olympus.
I'll try to download it again to see if it is a corrupt file.

It is these two stages. Maybe you could try to open them both to see if they are corroupt:
Marsaille: https://www.mediaf...jqq6ukozgi
ToT stage 2: https://www.mediaf...rp95qdk7ch
It also occurs with the Herald Sun Tour stage 3 .....weird

@Rauling: It's indeed weird, because I can open the downloaded files without any problem! In both StageViewer and StageEditor. Maybe you try to save the files somewhere else, otherwise I'm running out of ideas (If you need the stagedata for Marseillaise, it's 140kms long and has gene_f_mountain 0.14, Gap 20)
@viktorin1988: No problem!

I'll try that out. About Marseillaise what is the gene_f_hill? 0?
And what is the relief?

Relief is "Hilly".. and there's no gene_f_hill, only gene_f_mountain (0.14)

gene_f_uphillsprint, I assume he meant.

My bad. I meant gene_f_uphillsprint. Is it 0?
I can open it in the PCM11 viewer but the resolution of my computer is not that high that I can see all the information.
Therefore I use the PCM10 viewer which normally works but not with these 3 stages.
