I've seen as much excitement and good racing in this as I've seen in the entire Giro.
Note that I haven't actually watched the Giro yet

I must admit, the sprectators on (yesterdays) stage did an amazing job. It was almost like watching the tour de france. |

I don't think the organisers want an upgrade, as it would cut the number of local teams who can attend drastically.
