Mas cracked insanely hard there at the end. I feel like you don't see that kind of sudden bonk so late in the race very much anymore.

This is just sad. Great racing so far, but the organisation is not worthy of a WT race, let alone a GT.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

The amount of fuck ups made in terms of organisation, broadcast direction etc. is crazy and we're just getting done with the first week. The fact that this is organised by ASO is insane.

I'm confused with a lot of what's happening, but at least the racing is good.

With Remco seemingly losing a lot of time today, do you think Kuss will win the overall GC.?

it will be interesting to see...ironically the race is over but we don't know who will be in red in Madrid.
To answer your question, I think and hope yes, now is arguably the second best climber in GC (current shape, normally can't put him over vingegaard) behind Roglic.

Didn't see that one coming. Let's hope it's not another Covid infection. Up to Ayuso now to keep the last 10 days interesting.

Guess it hard to actually see Jumbo losing the GC. But there can still be good races. Soler, Ayuso, Mas, Vlasov and Jumbo fighting for GC positions, and the day to day stage wins.

Actually has a full podium from the same team ever been done? Would love to see them try.

Seems to me that Kuss is the strongest rider right now, hope he can win GC. Would be so deserved after all the domestic work he always does.

kuss looks super fresh, closing almost 30" in 1km to vingegaard. he is definitely a deserved red wearer

I think they will defenetly play on Kuss to win only if he will have problems then Roglič and Vingegaard will take over and try to win this race.

I hope Kuss manages to hold on aswell, always a loyal teammate. Roglic has won it multiple times before, and Vingegaard can easily do a year where he wins the Giro and Vuelta, whenever he gets sick of winning the Tour. |

will this mean we again won't get see a good form week 3 Evenepoel? (no Vuelta 22 doesn't count when he can't even drop Mas even remotely)
Damn, week 3 came early and it all showed up in one day
edit: also Jumbo top 3 GC is peak stupid and I kinda wanne see if they can win three GC's with three different riders, all of them active in the Vuelta
