Meh, PCM18 really hates Van Asbroeck, he used to be good at races like these.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Congratulations, knockout!
Very happy to see MVS claim the win here, which should make them safe considering the fight to avoid relegation seeing the races left.
Four our race, the small split looked like our chance, as we had four riders in that selective front group. Would have been great to see us help push the group/peloton forward from then, but with three of the riders at the back of the group, that was probably difficult.
For the sprint, I'm getting used to Oss not trying, but nice to see Yzeiraj giving it a go. He had a nice wheel to (Saber?), but wasn't strong enough to follow it all the way to the line, which is very fair. Good try!
Thank you for a very nice report, cunego, making a lot from the decisive final kilometers. |

Saber looked quite strong at one point but didn't really have enough in the finale. Ended up where the favourites list put him! 11th is ok in this field, but it could've been better...
Thanks for the report Big congrats to knockout for the win

Wow, Salleh looked really strong there, looked like he could have got that top 5 if he wasn't boxed in so much which is a real surprise considering he has always previously been running out of energy at the sprint if he could even position for it in the first place on his previous outings here.

Wisniowski doing what he does best. Unfortunately not enough this time, but a great effort. Had hoped for a better result from Pedersen, but oh well.
Congrats knockout, great win for Van Stayen!

Very disappointed with that. Looked good for a while, with Guarnieri getting over the hill pretty well, but then he fell back as the sprint approached, which is frustrating.
Always nice to see former Venchi-rider Van Stayen do well, though. Congrats to knockout! And thanks for the report cunego!

Congrats knockout, MVS too good. Pretty tame race until the hectic finale, Wisniowski’s a scary rider in a situation like that. Nonetheless, a good ride by the team controlling the pack and keeping it together all day, and 4th is alright in the end for Kristoff. Could have taken the win ok another day but not strong enough this time.
Thanks for the report!

Back from exams again!
Happy for Evonik here! And obviously for all the PCT teams right behind.
