Not sure I like how bad Costagli was, but I'll chalk it up to bad race day form for now. Atleast Shirota did decently, but Choi doing so well already hurts.

5th place, goal achieved I can be happy with Machado, the team did very well overall which gives some good confidence for the season and Machado himself looked very composed.

That was disappointing from the team. No intent and a poor result from Marquez. Hope this is just early season rust and not a sign of things to come...

Roglic's first failure at the top of the team, thankfully we were able to make up for that with several riders in the first 20 places.

Good to see the attacks by Penasa, not to shabby of a performance although the steady strength of some of the top guys was not hard to foresee.

I like our style, punchy underdogs on the mountains. However, that's going to struggle to deliver top results.

Still though, an enjoyable read. Thanks for the report Kentaurus, and congrats to Mre Wink
