Meintjes with a solid 7th place... Not too disappointed as the result was exactly what I thought he could get, shame he didn't have enough to compete in the last KM but all in all, we got the most we could out of this race.

And Kudus is now back down to Earth... i hope he just had bad legs instead of not caring to follow the decisive move... Anyway, 10th isn't the most awful result

Two out of two mountain classic wins for Henao, excellent stuff
Apologies to Jandal for the last second lunge, but hey you're still above us
Excellent work from the team, with our domestique trio all bringing in important points. A perfectly executed race honestly!
Thanks for the report

Nazaret, who had the help of 7 talents with MO stats below 73, with a massive result here for us. 3rd hopefully gives us enough points to stay in with a chance of survival!

As has been a relatively reliable pattern this season, Berhane slightly above expectations, Ji quite a bit below expected. Together kinda evens-out (I like to tell myself that Ji is doing work for Berhane that ensures he is well rested for the finale, but this could just as easily be complete bollox!). Berhane's 6th feels like a good return given the level of competition he is competing with. The mis-firing doldrums that we seem to have sufferred throughout the month of June are showing signs of having passed, so very pleased that the lads seem to have managed to steady the ship (for now at any rate).
Impressive lunge for the line from the defending champ - congrats to Abhi, and thanks to TSM for the report.

That gif is still me thinkign about the ending, but what an amazing ride from Velits, fighting spirit, made the race and so nearly got the win he deserved. Huge performance, he probably wouldn't stay around next year anyway, but if he continues to improve his season we'll be missing him for for sure
As said in the report I think, it's an absolutely awesome result, but it'll take a while for it not to hurt to lose out in such a way in such a big race Only fault I can find with the performance is pretty crap to see no extra points from Gilanipoor or Bennett, if they even tried a little it'd be a 100-pointer from us which I would have never expected!
Though I must say, there's no other favourite I'd rather come second to than Henao and our friends at Philips which softens the blow a lot, congratulations Abhi, huge win Thanks to tsmoha of course for the report

Congrats Abhi, and still a great ride from jandal’s Velits...well done you two
Penasa, on the other hand, decided to take the Baugnies approach to bringing a group back into the frame. Unfortunately, he doesn’t exactly beast it like our big Belgian does, so lost a few spot getting out-accelerated when that really shouldn’t be a problem for him.
Overall, a disappointing trip to Africa, and I think I really made an error here in not letting Mektel Eyob lead our team in this one...
Thanks for the fantastic report tsmoha

Congrats on the win Abhi! Henao’s going big this month. Velits too with a good ride, good to see
