Well, none of my TT guys cracked the top 10. Hopefully AKA can survive for the sprint tomorrow, though I'm doubting it more and more all the time.

Decent rides for us, LNH in 5th is alright, Kwiat was mostly with the other favourites (hopefully those couple seconds don't hurt him) and Kono was up there, hopefully he can back it up in the hills.
Thanks for the report!

Unfortunately no upsetting result for Porte then. One more chance though (and if course, don't f**k it up in the road stages)

Not too high expectations for this race without Serebriakov, Holloway, Schreurs or TTists, so let's see what Klemme can do in the hilly stage and let's see where it ends. Not a terrible start at least.

That's actually not bad for Van Asbroeck, a stage win tpmorrow would make things very interesting.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Nice to get the opening prologue win and first leaders jersey in both Malaysian races this year.
Hopefully Gabby can hold either leaders or points jersey after tomorrow but I know it's going to be unlikely he'll hold either with how fast Keogh is.

Decent stuff by Mygind to get 20th. I don't really expect better.

Nice start from Kuboki, an 8th is a good sign, and hopefully he can get bonus seconds on the flat stages now.

Not a distaster but we'll need to do something ont he road stages to get a decent GC. Hope for a selective third stage, not a mass sprint (not bad for Tosh though) or just a couple of puncheurs getting away.

Wait what?
An expected start with Nava near the top 10 and Costa gaining time on most of the top punchers. Need to stay safe on stage 2 and do our best to make stage 3 selective.

So I guess Roux isn't going to go for the stage tomorrow But I won't mind that if Tosh can perform as he did today! Gutting not to get a win, seems like he got played by Van Aesbroeck there but 2nd (and with a gap, love to see that on a flat finish!) and a very positive attitude is great to see!
A shame neither us nor Netia could take the stage today, great to see Kwiatek on the move, although someone less strong would have been nice as Tosh wouldn't have had to use all his fresh legs on chasing him down!

So that's why I brought Van Asbroeck here, he never ceases to amaze me. Tomorrow will probably be too tough for him, but we'll see.

Disappointing stage. Hopefully we'll actually be able to achieve something here...

Great effort by Rasmus Mygind here, too bad no gaps were given, as that could have been his chance for a top 15 GC result.
Obviously too difficult for Kip, yet easy enough for everyone to stay with him. Tempier and Simon should have done better here, atleast in that big 100 man (or so) group.

Awesome Kwiat! I love seeing that kind of aggression from our riders! That awesome GC time over the other's makes it not too bitter to miss out on the win (okay, it's always a little bitter ) but scoring big on a stage I expected nothing from is great! Really awesome to see opportunitism rewarded!
Leading team standings with Bernas finishing 10th (finally, his stats showing their worth) and LNH holding a good GC position, with Kono still placed well to move up is great too!
Jandal, please stop bribing the officials and just buy Van der Sande some glasses, he lost to Kwiat in a photofinish this time, not Vantomme!
Congrats on the win Ollfardh as well! Van Asbroeck is such a complete rider, seriously wondering if he could go on to win this one... Also, thanks Roturn, really exciting report!

Good job by Nava to get into the chase group and get 4th. Stage 3 will be very interesting, and to see how PCM handles our team leadership. Costa getting 9th here hopefully is a sign that he too feels good. Let's see if we can get a double act going tomorrow.
Congrats on the win Ollfardh! Great move by Kwiat. Shame he couldn't hang on. Thanks for the report roturn

Yeah, bad idea sending AKA here. I've made a lot of bad decisions this year in planning. I'm gonna regret it later.

Looks like Enrico has something in the tank for this race - the big stage will be number 3, and hope our hilly squad has decided on who's leading the team here...
Vanendert, Pavarin and Barbin are all capable, but our highest placed, Gradek, is not.
Sort it out team manager!
Thanks for the reports roturn...

19 seconds down is not what I wouldve hoped, but its certainly not over yet for Kuboki.

Obviously not what we hoped for, Van Asbroeck should always finish in the big group. This -/-4 day costs us a possible top 10 GC, so whatever we gained with the stage win is useless now. But I said I would be happy with a stage win, so let's keep it at that.
