No, you don't need V1. Just install V2.

I have installed the exe-file, but when I subscribe to the Lite Pack v2 in Steam, it doesen't download anything, so the pack is incomplete. What to do? |

Two questions. This one is probably obvious but I do need to install the v1 of the lite pack before this one right?
Also, what new races were added in this version of it?

@purepasd: A clean install isn't necessary, although we do recommend it in order to eliminate any problems. That is especially recommended when you installed other databases than the Lite Pack. Check the FAQ at the second post of this thread for a more detailed explanation.
@Nicholas: The Steam subscription only contains the database file, so it's very small. It might have downloaded in a few seconds. If it really didn't download, try restarting Steam to see if the download starts after the restart. If that doesn't work, try unsubscribing and then re-subscribing after you've restarted Steam.
@Yellow Jersey: For the answer to your first question, read a few posts back. The answer has already been given there.

Yes, many of those teams will be added in the full Expansion Pack, which will be released later this summer.

@Thatguyeveryonehates: that is a bug of the game itself, as we didn't add any graphics for Novo Nordisk. I'm counting on Cyanide to address this in their upcoming patch. If we release an update for the Lite Pack other than the database file, we will also provide a fix for this.
@markene2: we will check this and might provide a fix if possible.
