Pretty safe stage 2 from my team, kept ourselves in the overall team lead. Squire who had a bad day yesterday followed up with a worse day today... which might not be bad... a 77HI guy who is about 5 minutes down, might have a shot to play at a breakaway. Need some good days out of the team, and hopefully a great day from Chaves somewhere still.

Was that a Repsol rider in a breakaway?
Oh, also Prado seems to have won some places in the U25 classification, which is great

WCC super strong today, congrats! Safe passage is all I can ask in these stages whilst we have the GC lead, and we got it

Fine stage 2 by Kip, could've been even better with better positioning I think. Now hoping to keep the gaps low in stage 3. |

Super effort from our sprinters on stage 2, dominant performance and a very pleasing victory for JAC . Although that puts him in the green jersey, expect the puncheurs to dominate that competition by the end of the race given the balance of hilly vs flat stages. Attention back on R-G who had a so-so day on the first hilly stage, looking from a little bit more from him and his domestiques now inspired by a great sprint victory.

Congratz Scorchio that was brutal and tsmoha for the great report!
Nothing from today, Uwi came up to 3rd in the U25 so at least it's something.

Quiet day at the office, Stash does well in the break and Pelluad holds onto his Whitejersey. On to the next stage.

Love to see the intent of our squad leading the peloton for Vichot in both stages. Vichot doesn't quite have the recovery or pure hill strength to hang with the likes of VdH or even Roux for the entire tour, but a top 5 finish should be well within his grasp.
Good to see Bennett and even Dabkowski up front for the final sprint, I think that might have been our first sprint train put together this entire season! Also, nice to see Gradek moving up a couple of positions, hopefully he'll be able to chip in with some depth points by the end of the tour, and Hollenstein too if he sorts his life out.
Thanks for the reports tsmoha and congrats to jandal for leading the race thus far!

Really hoping for a huge stage by Reus on stage 3, would be amazing if he could pull of a stage win and rise like crazy in the GC. RVH also has a great chance to possibly take the lead in GC as his TT ability is much better than Roux.
Really hoping the rest of this race pushes us over the top and not catchable for CT title |

Kreder continues to shine in the flat stages, he's been brilliant recently. Hope I'm not jinxing it. Need Wyss to not lose too much time in the TT. A lot of this race is still to come.
Congrats on the win Scorchio and thanks for the report

Bad stage from Grabovski really, expected better than 10th. Nice job from Wyss to gain a place. Still very much within striking distance.

Gilbert 4th in GC at this point could be within the expected range, but i guess i need to see another couple of hilly stages to really believe that Philippe can have a big race here. And Prado keeps gaining places in the U25

Was to be expected, though with two solid puncheurs in the top 20 still very much in contention, I'm not too bummed with several hilly stages to come.
Still, congrats to maxime, In-n-Out is dominating at this point!

Uwi closing down on the white jersey but I was honestly expecting a better ride.. Still, good to see Claerebout in 9th, maybe he will finally show some good form and ride strong in the final stages.

Good to see Pana with a win! Not bad by Roux but could have done better - showing good intent though!
