There was an article a few years ago about Kenyan cycling, mentioning a talented kid called Salem Kemboi. Assuming this is the same person, it's definitely cool to see him already getting results.
With Areruya winning La Tropicale too, it's been a good month for developing African cyclists. And interesting to see how far they can go.

I'll just blatantly throw in some self-advertising for anyone with special interest in Swedish Cycling as I started the project "Svensk Proffscykling" last summer.
It have gotten some good traction on FB and Instagram, but it's clear that Twitter is not really a big deal in Sweden so that leg will move to a larger share of English tweets making it easier to follow for foreigners.

Actually there were four races won by Degenkolb, Wellens, Skuijns and Degenkolb again.

Honestly I see CCC in a top spot in the TTT, they already reconned many of the stages, already have a strong recent past in TT's, is the only PCT team I've seen with some windtunnel testing and they've got solid time-trialists.. thoughts?

Balaverde is such an entertaining race factor in continental races. Also, Astana and Movistar jersey looks really similiar on this shitty pixelated screen I am watching lol

If he sat in a wheelchair he would still be competitive, I never doubted he would come back on a respectable level and win again. But this good, this early? I could have only hoped. He just picked up where left left in his absolutely amazing 2017-season.  |

Oh yeah, Im blind. Then I completely agree.
And yes, if he races Andalucia that is, but I really hope he does, that race has become synonymous with Valverde winning recently. A little bit like Fléche Wallone. Very boring for those that don't like him I mist admit! |
