Not too shabby in Ireland so far And seems like Magnus isn't all too bad - a future on the cobbles and in breaks, perhaps? Still early days but hope he settles in a bit better at ONE - will take time though
Just had time to read through, loving it so far SoTD, will be following closely!

Life of Magnus | Part 11 - Maybe I’m not that awkward afterall
It has been a season with ups and downs. It all started with a lot of downs, and only a few ups, but then it became better in the middle of the season. I went from lowest in the hieraki, to somewhere around the lower-mid. Not too shabby for a 19 year old.
Today I received a couple of job offers from other small Continental teams. I even received a few from the Pro-Continental Tour. But most of them evolves around me moving far away, the closest being Poland. Not that I don’t like Poland, I just feel it might be going to fast for me. I still haven’t really settled here in the UK, and the money surely isn’t big enough for me to stay put. I can hardly make it by without living like I was some sort of freelance abroad-student. To do that again, in a new country? Especially one, where I don’t speak the language? No, that is too much for me!
I decided to call our sportif directeur and have a chat. I told him how things were, and that I had received a few offers, and wished to know what he thought about me staying for another year. He quickly answered “Listen up Magnus. I know you don’t always feel like you are appreciated, and that you have to work extremely hard to get a notice. And you have to keep it that way. It makes you a potential star in the making. But we do appreciate you! We feel that you are a integral part of the team, and we would love to have you for another season.”
I was really happy, and didn’t even ask for a wage raise. To be honest, I don’t really feel like I deserve one, and I know the team is low on cash. What really stumbled me, though was when he said “I spoke to Steele the other day, Magnus. He is extremely happy with you, and he asked me to prolong with you if possible. He thinks you have a great personality and work your ass off. I have never heard him speak of a young rider, like this. Take that to heart, Magnus. You deserve some praise. You have done well this season”.
I might have done alright yes. Now to nail the final part of the season. I am taking part in my first HC race next month. The Tour of Britain. There will be a lot of people, and it scares me. But I have to learn to do it, and riding for a small british team should make the entry to the scene a bit easier.

That's probably going from 5 to 6 though.
