Your other posts here already sort of gave away that intention and therefore I'm keeping this post up, but please, this is already crossing the line when it comes to the no pretransfers talk rule. Please have the decency to wait an additional 13 hours and 21 minutes before posting this kind of stuff
I have deleted it, because I don't want to break the rules ala Liverpool-Southampton debacle.
Don't want to be involved in some backstage schemes - this pre-transfer hype is getting the worst out of me.

In the first days of transfers we have seen the sad departure of Bulgarian climber Panayotov, fortunately lots of new faces to counterbalance that!
Gunnar Dahl-Olsen | Age: 27 | OVL: 71.99 | Cobblist | Wage: €50,000
Gunnar Dahl-Olsen comes in on request of our Faroe sponsors Vónin. He is a talented rider on the cobbles but his greatest asset is his big engine, which he will use to be an essential rider on all terrains.

Jóanis Albert Nielsen | Age: 24 | OVL: 68.87 | Sprinter | Wage: €50,000 | Pot 3 | Level 2.00
Jóanis Albert Nielsen is another product of our Faroe focus, the young rider has potential to be a good lead-out man in the future but for now he will just race with the goal in mind to improve his abilities.

Iliyan Kolev | Age: 23 | OVL: 67.58 | Cobblist | Wage: €50,000 | Pot 4 | Level 1.00
Iliyan Kolev is a talented rider from Bulgaria, with the leaving of Panayotov, it seemed only fitting that we would find a new Bulgarian and Kolev has potential to be a great domestique for Kasperkiewicz once both have more experience. For now, however he will ride just with the interest of getting some experience in the pro peloton.

Surely Nielsen would be better going down the route of aCobbled Classic rider good transfers to build a base around your focus |

Nielsen would get to 74 cb with decent back-ups, certainly an idea worth considering but at the moment I'm thinking of sprinter training (could totally change by the time we reach training though )
And thanks!

@Booker: Thanks, the other countries should be helping us Poles.
Kaspa will probably have joint "leadership" with Gunnar on the cobbles, will certainly be an interesting chance for him even if we'll have to wait a couple seasons to see him at his best.
There's a lot of excitement in the Netia camp tonight, as we have just signed a crucial Polish leader and number #1 transfer target for them. As well as accepting in a loannee from Ukraine.
Michał Kwiatkowski | Age: 27| OVL: 76.36 | Puncheur/Climber Wage: € 550,000
After Kenya Airways dissolved, Michał Kwiatkowski was up for grabs, Netia quickly informed us that it was crucial to them that we sign him, as he was extremely popular in Poland and would be a huge boost for their image and a secondary bonus was that he is the natural successor of star rider Luis Leon Sanchez, who he will collaborate with next season. So, we endeavoured to sign him and fortunately came through with him, even if his wage is much higher than what is perhaps reasonable, even so, welcome to Michał Kwiatkowski!
FL | MO | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | CB | SP | ACC | FGH | DH | PRL | 72 | 77 | 78 | 70 | 74 | 76 | 75 | 68 | 67 | 75 | 73 | 69 | 75 |
Mark Padun | Age: 21 | OVL: 68.84 | Climber | Loan
Ukrainian Protour team Nemiroff - ABBYY where eager to sign Ukrainian super talent Mark Padun, however many young talents struggle to find an immediate foothold and lag behind in reaching their full potential when beginning their careers in the PT, so Nemiroff came to us with the request that we took him on for the beginning of his career so that he could develop. We were only too happy to help, especially as we have very similar goals in the development of cycling's future in Eastern Europe and the world (especially small, obscure countries ). Padun will learn the ropes with our team but also hopefully get his own chance to take risks in the mountains if he so wishes.

Run! He's got a..Kwiatek!!!! Just run!!!!
Gratz with Kwiatek, for good reasons I could once again not pursuit his signature and now it seems he'll be out of reach forever. I know that you're planning on training him, so will be good fun to see him battle Roche and for that sake also Sicard. You don't have to worry about relegation for sure

Thanks Yeah, you'll likely find that I'm not willing to let go of him, I'm so happy to get a Polish leader as it's enough of a challenge when there isn't many of them.
Yeah, will be some awesome battles with Roche as they are very similar riders, look forward to it!

Thanks
Sanchez will probably be a strong superdomestique for him, otherwise we have some decent puncheurs behind him but no new standout guys, might try to find another suited domestique but his high wage took the money for that sort of rider away.

Kwiatek will be a PCT god, well done on securing him. This is like Sanchez, just stepping up one more. Surely contender for best rider spot. Glad that he ends up riding in a polish team. Having some close friends who are austrian-polish, I know what it'd mean to those guys irl.

Thanks. You can imagine my delight when a Polish rider akin to Sanchez was available.
Actually, it means a lot that you know that this would mean a lot for Poles irl, (even though it's a game, ) it's my #1 priority to make a team that Poles could be proud of, so it's a very special thing.

Transfers wouldn't be transfers without Netia doing something strange and unreasonable, this time it was just a little more special than last season in the form of:
Maxime Vantomme | Age: 31 | OVL: 76.12 | Sprinter | Wage: € 400,000
Of all team-rider relationships in the MG, Netia and Maxime Vantomme is perhaps one of the weirdest, after paying him a very large contract to ride with us last season, he had a good season with strong performances, but we believed he deserved a lower contract, outraged, he flatly refused, demaning an exceedingly high salary for his services, we released him, then picked him back up off the FA market, counterproductive? Sure. Unethical? Probably. But we aim to stay on 'good' terms with Vantomme so he can keep us on track for survival in the Pro Continental Division!

We weren't quite finished with transfers with our leaders being signed! We can now announce two 'new' cyclists from Denmark, who are just as exciting as our leaders, a team veteran that never really left and a super versatile talent. With one for a steal and one for way too much, their wages average out to what's about reasonable for each of them.
Mads Pedersen | Age: 22 | OVL: 69.38 | Cobblist | Wage: €450,000| Pot: 7 | Level: 1.00
Possibly one of the most difficult signings we've ever made, Mads Pedersen cost us dearly as we battled with Lierse for his signature. Fortunately, we can now announce our signing of Pedersen, he is incredibly versatile, able to sprint, climb hills, time trial and ride on the cobblestones, however his huge engine makes the cobbles the best destination for him as he seems to be the sort of guy who will one day have an ability to ride hard for almost forever and still finish the race with a fast kick.
In the future, he will collaborate with Kasperkiewicz to achieve great results, so they better get along! We will aim to help him develop with specific training for the cobbled roads, as we think he has the potential to contest major races such as Paris - Roubaix and Ronde van Vlaanderen
FL | MO | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | CB | SP | ACC | FGH | DH | PRL | Type | 70 | 63 | 66 | 69 | 69 | 75 | 64 | 69 | 70 | 72 | 74 | 68 | 69 | Current | 77 | 63 | 69 | 69 | 78 | 82 | 75 | 79 | 78 | 75 | 77 | 69 | 69 | Max |
Kristian Sobota | Age: 29 | OVL: 73.17 | Sprinter | Wage: €50,000
Kristian is one of our team legends, he's raced with us since our first season being a key rider in our promotion from the CT before being basically the man behind Vantomme's success in the PCT, unfortunately Kristian was put out by a small transfers disagreement and with Vantomme leaving we couldn't justify his wage, however now with Vantomme returning we were regretting letting him leave, surprisingly though, there was no interest in Kristian and one of the few riders to get top 5s in races in all divisions in the space of two seasons will remain with Netia in 2017!

Somemore great signing. Pedersen is a great addition. Love the Vantomme transfer shenagigans. I was close to signing some of my old riders, too, so I know that feel.

I had Sobota on my shortlist, but had my wages tied up from early on, so never really managed to go after him. At 50k, that's a solid signing.
Pedersen was of course also on the same list, but he was way out of my reach. He will be a great rider, but certainly on a big wage Makes me feel happy that I managed to tie up a couple of talents last season, when the prices weren't that wild
A good transfers for you in total, and looks good for next season. Though I keep mixing you and sgdanny up, so I always think that you two are one super team

@Shonak: Thanks! Is a weird situation to be sure, you feel like it's kinda not right to do it, but there's no real reason not to.
@Tastasol: It was weird that nobody went for him really, I was watching him from the start of transfers and saw him sticking without a bid so decided to have a shot, glad it worked. And yeah, you were very lucky getting your talents before this season, but when I saw Pedersen, I couldn't resist.
Must make our team look a lot better if you add all of Danny's awesome riders.
@Booker: Thanks! Super happy to get him as a Polish leader with awesome stats!
