Lo Cicero getting the best lead-out here it seems and repays his team with a win here, nice to see!
Ahlstrand looks scary though, basically had to do it all on his own and still manages to come close to victory. Will be alot of these 'weird, messed up leadouts' me thinks with all the different top sprinters trying to form a train.

Oscar Guerao is one fat bastard - should be riding for crappy Eddie Stobart really.

This is interesting, looking forward to see how many trains each team actually get to create since the AI is prrety dumb when it comes to that.

Brilliant leadout from Tiainen/Vinther followed by a perfect sprint from Lo Cicero. Grat start

Okay, we have too little chances... But it would be great if we sprinted!

Not great, but still there. Too bad Avelino got boxed against the barriers. It's giing to be interesting how the trains will work out between each other

Vantomme!
This is why I bought flat riders like Bernas and Reckweg, the team tiring everybody else out to form the only lead out train and Franczak perfectly leading Vantomme to victory, even with Sobota strangely absent.
Ahlstrand with a great comeback though, will be scary when he gets good positioning.
Also, go Thorsen! I'm going to be really disappointed if he can't get a top 5 in the GC.
Thanks for the report Matt!

So congrats trekbmc!
Once again great sprint by Ahlstrand but whats up with the poitioning, thought I sent a strong team to help in with that in those last kms with two 75 flat riders with sprint stat with 76/77. And a 3rd with 73 flat and 78 sprint.
Besides those one 75 and one 76 flat rated guy with okey backup stats.
But two podiums and getting the yellow jersey so far is good, but still waiting for that perfect leadout and awesome win by Ahlstrand would also be nice to see one of the others sneak in to top 10 and gain some bonus seconds. |

Van der Sande isn't that of a stand-out sprinter in this field so I guess it's natural that he has off-days in this race. Fingers crossed he'll bounce back. Gratz trek.

Things are getting better, bet we'll get a stage win by the end of this
But, hopefully Wu can win the KOM, we need the points here!

Ivano: You're supposed to go past your leadout man in the finale. Also you're supposed to perform better when in the leaders jersey...

Can't say im surprised by these results/sprints
Feel bad for some of the sprinter-orientated teams though, a few will really miss out on tons of points
Again the most organized team winning, congratz trek! Vantomme proving the haters wrong
